“Today I went to subway for lunch and when I got there realized I didn't have my money. The lady who made my sandwich said she's got it and to have a wonderful rest of the work day. I will definitely be coming back to this subway. Thank you for your kindness and the meal I really appreciated that and needed that energy today.“

“My partner and I have been to this location a few times in the 2 years that we have lived in the area but this visit was different. The store was clean and stocked we were welcomed as we walked in the door and the food was very good. Chanelle was stocking chips and Brooklyn was in the back they both stopped what they were doing to help us. These girls are amazing the customer service was the best we have had in a long time. “The sweet lady at Greenfield and University who serves me each time I go meticulously toasts my sandwich exactly as much as I like it, overly toasted for most, but perfect for me. She really cares about her customers and that they leave there satisfied. She's very friendly and considerate. “Walked in to get a sandwich and was greeted with a smile. They made it fast and it tasted great. While I was there I saw a young man named Kal who worked there, helping a man with his subway app. He was very patient and understanding. He helped him set up his order but the app was having issue. He still was able to make the sandwich for the older man and they helped him with an in store special that was a better deal then what he wanted. Later one of the workers invited their coworkers to their pool party. It felt they all were like a family. Thank you owners for employing such a great staff.“

“I stopped by Subway today just expecting a sandwich, but ended up getting a full-on life lesson. The guy making my sub looked exactly like a young Jonah Hill, and not only was he super nice and funny, but he casually dropped some genuinely life-saving info. He told me his dog had to go to the vet after eating grapes (which I had no idea were toxic to dogs). Now I know, and my future dog thanks him too!

The sandwich was great, but honestly, the customer service and unexpected dog-safety PSA made the whole visit unforgettable. Give that Jonah Hill lookalike a raise…he’s out here saving lives one sandwich at a time. 🥪🐶💚“

“I ordered my food through the app for pick up. I ordered the tuna power bowl meal. I ordered extra cucumber, extra green pepper, and extra red onion. Instead, I received NO cucumber nor did I receive ANY green peppers even though I was charged for them. I also received NO chips which I also paid for. This location is close to my work place and I will NOT go back to this location. Infact, I will go out of my way to another location. I paid $17.52 plus a $2.51 tip. I was totally disappointed and upset because of the amount I spent.“

“You had an unruly, customer in there this early afternoon. This Woman was advanced in years and her behavior was unbelievable. The young Man trying to help her was going out of his way to be helpful? And she just dismissed him very rude lady. He did much better than most of us. “I haven't gone to a Subway in a very long time- mainly because most of the people almost treat you like you're bothering them or they don't like working for Subway- but this evening I was in the mood for a sweet onion teriyaki sub and Herey Mikes doesn't have those yet- stopped at the nearest Subway which was at 325 W Southern Ave in Mesa- corner of Country Club and Southern- the gentleman that was working is outstanding! His attitude, very welcoming and pleasant and patient- but too it off- he was cared about the appearance of sandwhich and didn't just throw it together where it's a mess- also cleaned his hands and the sandwhich area from customers before me- this gentleman who's name is Hemant is why places get repeat customers because the way treats people---- I've never experienced this level of customer service by any Subway until this man- if he reads this- Thank you so much for customer service and welcoming experience and smiling at everyone! 5 stars but i give a 10 star for customer service!“

“I stopped going to Subway years ago after finding meat in my vegan veggie sandwich. I recently decided to give this location another try, and I'm pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff, clean location and no gross accidental meat found in my veggie sandwhich!“

“That one girl I think her name is Mary or Marley, she cooked that sandwich up amazing and fast, I took a bite and BAM, toes started curling, I tasted the amazing herbs bread then BOOM I got smacked with taste of ham cheese and veggies all at once. “I need to start off by saying this location is always clean and they have a full case of fresh cookies and their vegetables look good. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars because everyone except for the older male owner act like someone has a gun to their head and they’re miserable to be there it makes it an uncomfortable experience.

“I buy a foot-long sandwich at this Subway, located near Power and Brown, about once a week. The store is clean. Roxy is the woman who usually makes my sandwich. This Subway has high standards for cleanliness.

Parking: There are handicapped parking spots a few stores down to the right of Subway.

“I ordered two platters for housekeeping staff at a nursing home facility close by, they accommodated the pick up time I needed and I was able to pay for it over the phone. I went to pick it up the next day and the staff was so friendly. When I asked if I could start taking it to my car the gentleman said don't worry, I'll help you to your car. They had the tomatoes, onions and pickles all in separate containers, I that was awesome! After my car was loaded the gentleman then thanked me by name for placing an order with them. I travel to several nursing homes in Mesa but will choose this place for catering platters from now on. Best customer service!“
