When I called to let them know — not expecting a refund or anything — the team was incredibly kind and accommodating. Britney, who was in training that day, provided absolutely amazing service. She handled the situation so professionally and went above and beyond to make it right, even including a cookie with the replacement sandwich. “Well handled situation by ManagerAs I was waiting for my food I witnessed an interaction between a gentleman and the manager of the location. The man ordered a soup on line then instructed the staff(manager) to "give him an extra soup". She politely notified him he ordered one soup and if he would like another she would have to charge him. He rudely responded and told her "no you don't need to charge me" she explained that she would, due to food cost, he mumbled something and started to walk away. She tried to give him his on line order as he was walking away and shouted at her. As a manager of a business I just wanted to recognize this manager for being able to be disrespected by a rude person for doing her job and still be respectful as she addresses the situation.“

“I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. Most everyone had left, however, my friend & I were trying to have a conversation but couldn’t hear each other over this employees ranting & ravings!
