“I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. “Well handled situation by ManagerAs I was waiting for my food I witnessed an interaction between a gentleman and the manager of the location. The man ordered a soup on line then instructed the staff(manager) to "give him an extra soup". She politely notified him he ordered one soup and if he would like another she would have to charge him. He rudely responded and told her "no you don't need to charge me" she explained that she would, due to food cost, he mumbled something and started to walk away. She tried to give him his on line order as he was walking away and shouted at her. As a manager of a business I just wanted to recognize this manager for being able to be disrespected by a rude person for doing her job and still be respectful as she addresses the situation.“

The fries were a little undercooked but everything else was good. I’d probably just get regular fries next time or none at all. Ordered a water cup and it’s a super small styrofoam cup. This is in a mall food court, so the atmosphere was so/so. Lots of obnoxiously loud teenagers but whatever. Lastly, the condiments area was a mess and needed to be cleaned up.“

“AMAZING STAFF. Sandra and Gary are top tier in the most observant and genuine way. I've never felt so welcomed in a chain. Today they were very busy, but Sandra immediately noticed us trying to find a freshly cleaned surface & came over immediately to clean the one we selected *before* we set a ton of items on the table.

We were quiet, but they both notice everything and immediately provide a solution. I suggested to my boyfriend that we move to a table not directly under the fan, but before my boyfriend could even respond- Gary gently offered to turn the fan off. He was multitasking, noticing my discomfort while helping another customer, and immediately offered to simply turn the fan off for us.

Neither were in our face or off-putting when offering solutions, yet they absolutely made sure that we were comfortable, despite how very busy they were. I am legitimately impressed. Feels like my small home town, but better because it all felt so genuine and natural. No tension between them, and they seemed like they were on the same page in a very non chaotic way. It's genuinely just.. very nice. Thank You!“
