“Portion sizes of the drinks are great for the price compared to Starbucks and they do have an awards program, but service could use a little help. The staff are not rude at all, but they aren't as friendly as other retail coffee shops.“

“Kayleigh and Emilie immediately greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I was engulfed with an enthusiastic atmosphere. As I ordered my food and asked my questions, Emilie grabbed my donuts and Kayleigh answered them with great depth. Overall an amazing experience and I would 100 percent go again.“
“I originally placed an order at another location but needed to make a change right away and couldn’t get in touch with them. I called this location and spoke with Nicole Not only did she try to help me connect with the other store, but she went a step further and offered to prepare the order at her location so she could make sure the sandwiches were fresh and hot. She went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations. That is customer service at its finest! Corporate needs to recognize her—superstars like Nicole are rare, and she absolutely deserves a raise.“
