“Im not sure where all these people went that are complaining about how bad it was but i hit the spot in downtown crossing boston for my very first trip to one and was an absolutely incredible meal. tenders were tender flavorful and juicy the texas toast was awesome the whole meal came out perfect. i was already on about a 3 mile boston adventure so i opted for the lemonade instead of my usual soda with meal and i will always get the lemondae. awesome job guys!“

“We were just at the Five Guys at your location at 7635 West Bell Rd, Peoria, AZ and were very appreciative of the strict way you are running things through these tough times of Covid-19. On arrival we were greeted by lots of signage about wearing a mask and directions of social distancing. Caitlyn was our cashier and all staff on the premises were wearing masks and gloves, a blessed sight to see. Food was nice and hot and all staff were busy and kept to the sanitizing rules as we watched from a distance. I just want to give a shout out to all your staff. So we went to a different location and learned that they took all there employees from this location to another and closed this location, it sucks but hopefully they reopen again soon.“

“I always hit the drive thru here so I don’t have pictures. I’ve just got to say that whomever the hiring manager is here is absolutely brilliant at finding the right people.

Every single time I go the person at the window is happy, positive, super kind and knows how to do their job and provide stellar customer service.

Someone told me once to try their grilled chicken Cesar wrap so I did. That turned into a habit. One because it’s amazing, two because it’s about the only descent priced fast food place in America and three, the team.

Absolute success at running a business. Please don’t change. You’re our last hope for fast food in America. I feel bad calling it that as you’re worlds ahead of the trash 98% of the other places provide.

***Update. Another amazing lunch and outstanding service. It makes me sad that you felt the need to apologize so much just because the first wrap was made with the sauce in it vs on the side. I wouldn’t even have complained. That tells me too many jerks still exist in this world. You deserve better treatment from customers.

I don't like the hand dryers in the lady's bathroom, it's been proven that carry germs. A choice of Paper Towels would be better.

“So this was a rather bizarre encounter with their employee tonight when I we came in just for Frosty's with our granddaughter. We weren't sure if the 2 for 1 Frosty deal was an app deal or what? We had seen it advertised but did not remember. We asked the girl if this was an app deal or??? Blank stare, no answer. She just stared at us. My wife asked does she talk, so I asked, can you talk? Sadly, I was serious as she was not speaking back to us, not even a mumble. So she finally answered after an awkward silencer. So I ordered 4 Frostys, received three.... Had to ask for the 4th. Then she stood there listening to a conversation other employees were having, and a few minutes later, we got the Frostys. Never encountered that before!“

The staff we interacted with could be slightly more friendly and inviting but other than a less than chipper car hop we really enjoyed our late night bite!“

“The drive thru is pretty fast here. I never have to wait very long for my order. Entrance on 83rd and also one on the road between grand and 83rd. I believe both roads are actually labeled as 83rd ave. Its near the split by Grand avenue so it may be a bit confusing. The entrance on the side in front of Wongs leads to Taco Bell too.“
