“I recently visited a Subway location that completely raised the bar for what I expect from this chain. Rob was such a delight from the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, and the smell of freshly baked bread instantly made me hungry. What truly stood out was how fresh everything was—from the crisp lettuce to the perfectly sliced meats and cheeses.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They prepared my sandwich exactly how I asked, with just the right balance of sauces and toppings. The veggies looked like they had just been delivered that morning—no wilting, no browning, just bright, vibrant produce.“

“This subway location stepped up in every way since Nick became the manager and the sleek updated furniture and soda machine. Nick is very professional, engaging has a great work ethic and he really is a great representative for this subway location. I always look to see if all the veggies are available and fresh that makes a difference in your business. I have to say most of the employees are wonderful, but I have to give a shout out to Connor. He is one of the best workers for his age group I’ve seen in a while. His parents raised him right— he’s very accommodating, professional and provides one on one interaction with each guest and is there to help you in your selection of your sandwich or meal— keep up the great work subway— you’re in a great location and you have a wonderful staff.“

“Shout out to Shawna and Tre!! Absolutely AMAZING customer service and attitudes. It’s so rare to find anyone who cares in the service industry but these two clearly do. The second I stepped in the door Tre said “hello and welcome”. Shawna was busy making sandwiches for a few people while engaging them in conversation and smiling and laughing with them. As I waited Tre hustled on the register while talking and smiling with the customers too. Everyone was happy, heard and clearly cared about. They paid attention, engaged the customers, were friendly, kind and courteous.

Even if this kind of service was standard in the industry this team and store would still deserve to be called out.

“I've come to this location quite a few times. It's always been ok. Today, Philip made my experience just awesome the way he assisted my wife in making her sandwich selection, and then he personalized or sandwiches. I'll look forward to coming again, especially if Philip is here. 👍“

“Popped in here after a four day road trip, starving for something besides a bag of pretzels! Was met by an associate who was friendly and welcoming. I got a veggie delight and it was awesome! The only reason it got 4 stars on food, was that I ordered a pretzel as well, and that was disappointing. No fault of the guy who made it!“

“I went in at 9 o’clock tonight and the gentleman that helped me was awesome, the only issue I had was he was left alone to run the store on his third day and was extremely stressed out. No one should be left on there own on there third day. A huge shoutout to the gentleman working he was so amazing and very forgiving for the wait, he deserve a raise or some sort of recognition!“
