Little Caesars in Phoenix

“This place has turned around for the best. Place was clean and crew was still cleaning, they even look happy doing it. Manager guy was on top of it all, he was friendly, attentive & just great customer service period. Manager took my order and said “I’ll make everything fresh for you” ?. The place was very CLEAN and best of all my pizzas were FRESH, HOT and actually looked like the advertised pizzas, no cap. Pizza dough was made right, fresh, fluffy and my pizza perfect ratio of ingredients. Order was 10/10 and I should have taken a picture of it all but man, it was sooo good. 5 stars for service, food, atmosphere and even more! Keep up the great work night manager & team! I didn’t get his name but overall very pleasant guy and his staff even seemed fond of him. This is our spot for lil Cz pizza. Recommend y’all check it out. ?

“Yeah, this place was nice and clean. They're always super stocked with sodas and wonderful customer service, and the staff was backed up, but busy and ready to get the orders done. I saw the I think supervisor or management all working, and just to see the workflow was awesome 👌“

“Today, Maribel served as my Cashier/Server. The reason I refer to her as such is that I entered the establishment and placed an order for a pepperoni pizza along with a 2-liter Pepsi. As a customer, I am typically expected to retrieve my own 2-liter Pepsi. Nevertheless, Maribel kindly came around the counter, fetched the Pepsi for me, and handed it over. While this may not appear to be a significant act, it truly represented an exceptional effort on her part to assist a customer. Thank you Little Caesars for hiring such a wonderful employee such as Maribel. ❤️“

“This is one of the few locations I've been to that knows how to do some good crazy bread! The pizza is ok, nothing crazy but decent. The only thing is it is almost never "hot and ready," and if it is, it is very stale and dried out like it sat overnight. Customer service definitely is subpar most of the time, but I wouldn't say they are rude or anything, just not really people oriented.“

“The employees here are nice and spot on with their service, every time I’ve had an order from here it was nice and hot, the gentleman working on 10-28-2024 around 8:30 pm was very nice, went above and beyond to ensure the customer in-front of me had a good experience, strongly recommend this place“

“Almost everything was amazing, pizza great, slices were cut uneven but still great the bread sticks were freaking awesome baked just right nice n soft I was amazed. The only thing that wasn't right were the puffs these were more like cookies maybe! Burnt and very salty.“

“Compared to the Little Caesars on 43rd and Peoria, these guys are saints. As I walked in an employee on duty held the door for me as he was about to go growl at some homeless hooligans practicing chemistry in the parking lot or something. Pizza was in fact NOT BURNED and very delicious in cheap pizza standards. These are the Little Caesars employees that will fight and protect you, as legends prophesize“

“This last time at Little Caesars. I ordered a pizza with the cheese in the crust. There was a little hiccup. They didn't have my pizza on time. So I walked around for 10-15 minutes. Came back and there were it was. Took it over to my son's great-grandmother's house. We ate it over there. And no joking, it was the softest nicest eating pizza with enough cheese. That I probably ever had in a long time. I've been eating and working at pizza places for several years, except eating pizza which was decades.
But that specific day with that specific Pizza it was yummy. Yummy delicious. Good job Little Caesars.“

“Generally speaking this is one of the better Little Caesars locations that I hit up. The ingredients are generous and well distributed and the service is always friendly and on time. But the last time I ordered their $5.99-2 item round pizza, it was terrible. I know it was on special but those are the opportunities to impress people and bring them back. Maybe because I'm a frequent customer and 90% of the time really happy with the product that I know the difference. too much sauce not enough cheese. Also, same visit, the wings were undercooked. I don't normally order wings from LC so don't know if that's standard or anomaly. Okay, that's my review.“

“I ordered online for customer pickup, I was in the mood for a Detroit style deep dish supreme. I got the notification that it was ready to be picked up so I went to the location. An employee told me that there was an error and a pepperoni pizza was accidentally made instead and it would take another 10 minutes to make my order correctly. I politely said I'd wait and 10 minutes later I got what I ordered and a little extra to make me happy. It worked. I'm happy!“

“I couldn't tell you the last time I had pizza from here but on a whim I was hungry and it was too hot to cook I decided to try the stuffed pretzel crust pizza...was only $10 and you could get it without their pizza sauce which is what I remembered I didn't like. After I ordered online I wanted to see exactly where it was. Then I saw the ratings 😳 and started to read the comments.... I was afraid I had made a terrible mistake. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it took so long. Said it would be done 5:06-5:09 after ordering at 4:41. It looked like it was in the oven for 30 min so I thought the tracker wasn't working. I went there, and it indeed wasn't ready but I was only there a short time before it was put in the portal. I got my pizza at 5:26 and it was cooked and it was hot. And honestly it was pretty darn decent. I'd definitely eat here again“

“What a cutie! The young lady at the front counter greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming! Abi is not only beautiful she was helpful! Well versed in her product availability, pricing and wait times.(they’re a busy place) She’s a keeper! Give that girl a raise!“

“I had a good experience on this particular day, that could change on any given day because I have had less than satisfactory results from this location on previous dates. All of these fast food places have horrible service and sometimes they have their good days. So I will just prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be extremely difficult for anybody with a disability to enter the facility considering the door is very heavy and they don't have an automatic door button for anyone who is handicapped. It is also very small inside just like every other Little Caesars.“

“I'm a regular customer, I come to this lil ceaser's every weekend and almost never have a problem. The staff are always good with me. Only thing lately pizza always comes out over cooked, pizza is chewy and no sauce, dry. Bread sticks are over cooked. And I order lightly toasted. Hopefully it's gets better.“

“Food was good compared to the other little classes I’ve been to. And they had my entire order correct which surprised me because all other little Cesar’s will forget the drinks, the crazy bread or the sauces. These guys had it all down.“

“The wait is somewhat fast, there were about 3 orders ahead of me & 7 orders after me and they all got their food before I got mine, it took about 45 mins. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas ? ?, 1 cheese ? stuffed pretzel ? crust pepperoni pizza ?and 2 Cesar hot wings. I believe it took long because of the ? ? ? otherwise it was pretty quick“

“Was on my way to buy some groceries to make sandwiches at home. But I decided to get some Little Caesars Pizza instead. This time I got only one pizza I usually get 2 just for me. I ordered the Pretzel Crust Pizza with regular pizza sauce, and it tasted good I like mine well done. Here's a picture of the receipt Incase someone wants to know the price and that's it. I should have gotten my usual 2 pizzas cause by the time I got back home there was only 4 slices left. Next time I'll take a picture of the pizza.“

“This place is usually good. Did have some doordash orders get cancelled when I wanted delivery, because of long wait times. I do wish they'd start taping the pizza boxes for deliveries cause I've had a couple of pizzas look like they were tampered with.“
