Little Caesars in Phoenix

“This place has turned around for the best. Place was clean and crew was still cleaning, they even look happy doing it. Manager guy was on top of it all, he was friendly, attentive & just great customer service period. Manager took my order and said “I’ll make everything fresh for you” ?. The place was very CLEAN and best of all my pizzas were FRESH, HOT and actually looked like the advertised pizzas, no cap. Pizza dough was made right, fresh, fluffy and my pizza perfect ratio of ingredients. Order was 10/10 and I should have taken a picture of it all but man, it was sooo good. 5 stars for service, food, atmosphere and even more! Keep up the great work night manager & team! I didn’t get his name but overall very pleasant guy and his staff even seemed fond of him. This is our spot for lil Cz pizza. Recommend y’all check it out. ?

“The employees here are nice and spot on with their service, every time I’ve had an order from here it was nice and hot, the gentleman working on 10-28-2024 around 8:30 pm was very nice, went above and beyond to ensure the customer in-front of me had a good experience, strongly recommend this place“

“The newly remodeled Little Caesars Pizza store is a significant improvement, providing a fresh and clean environment that enhances the overall dining experience. The updated interior feels more welcoming and well-maintained, setting a positive tone as soon as you walk in. Additionally, the staff’s friendly and efficient customer service adds to the store’s appeal, making it clear they value their customers and strive to create a pleasant experience.

However, the parking lot remains a major drawback. Despite the interior upgrades, the pothole-riddled parking area detracts from the overall impression of the establishment. Navigating the lot can be frustrating and inconvenient, and it doesn’t reflect the same care and attention seen inside. Addressing this issue would complete the transformation and make visiting the store truly enjoyable. Been a long time customer and just want the best for south Phoenix.“

“This is one of the few locations I've been to that knows how to do some good crazy bread! The pizza is ok, nothing crazy but decent. The only thing is it is almost never "hot and ready," and if it is, it is very stale and dried out like it sat overnight. Customer service definitely is subpar most of the time, but I wouldn't say they are rude or anything, just not really people oriented.“

“I ordered dinner on the app it's smooth and painless. Using the pizza portal for pick up is so convenient. Just don't forget to ask for your sauce, it is the only downfall they obviously can't be in the warmer. Love it for sure one of my favorite places to get pizza hands down.!! And you can't ever beat the prices.!!“

“This last time at Little Caesars. I ordered a pizza with the cheese in the crust. There was a little hiccup. They didn't have my pizza on time. So I walked around for 10-15 minutes. Came back and there were it was. Took it over to my son's great-grandmother's house. We ate it over there. And no joking, it was the softest nicest eating pizza with enough cheese. That I probably ever had in a long time. I've been eating and working at pizza places for several years, except eating pizza which was decades.
But that specific day with that specific Pizza it was yummy. Yummy delicious. Good job Little Caesars.“

“Gets kinda swamped during dinner times so ready made pizzas are kinda rare, but overall real good. They seem to pay attention to custom orders too! Just order from the app to save on wait time!

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are standard pizza affair. Basic cheese to custom veggie pizzas are your bread and butter.“

“My children and I visited this little ceaser on Monday the 11th after a doctors appointment and was hangry we ordered an hot N ready with crazy puffs the puffs looked as if they were sitting for hours while being beaten, but customer service representative/cashier RJ went to the back and personally made my children and I a fresh order and omg ❤️ I have never been to Olive Garden, but if I was to ever go, I would expect the pasta to smell and taste like that puff it was heavenly! My oldest said it was Bussin so next time we’re on that side of town, and feeling like pizza we will hope to see RJ with the Excellent Customer Service“

“I ordered online for customer pickup, I was in the mood for a Detroit style deep dish supreme. I got the notification that it was ready to be picked up so I went to the location. An employee told me that there was an error and a pepperoni pizza was accidentally made instead and it would take another 10 minutes to make my order correctly. I politely said I'd wait and 10 minutes later I got what I ordered and a little extra to make me happy. It worked. I'm happy!“

“Generally speaking this is one of the better Little Caesars locations that I hit up. The ingredients are generous and well distributed and the service is always friendly and on time. But the last time I ordered their $5.99-2 item round pizza, it was terrible. I know it was on special but those are the opportunities to impress people and bring them back. Maybe because I'm a frequent customer and 90% of the time really happy with the product that I know the difference. too much sauce not enough cheese. Also, same visit, the wings were undercooked. I don't normally order wings from LC so don't know if that's standard or anomaly. Okay, that's my review.“

“Made my pizza wrong... TWICE! Offered to remake it for the third time, refund my money or give me 2 wrong pizzas for the price of one. I was late to be home and starving after a long day of work so I took the 2 wrong pizzas.Good help is hard to find. But managerial QC is the last defense.I now always check inside the box to make sure. New people working? General incompetence? Not sure. Disappointing experience. I like your product but service is getting worse. Not just this location BTW ?First pic first pizza. Nearly no mushrooms and pineapple. Actually chintzy on all toppings except pepperoni.Pic 2 and 3 second attempt. No onions. And still weak on ingredients.“

“I had a good experience on this particular day, that could change on any given day because I have had less than satisfactory results from this location on previous dates. All of these fast food places have horrible service and sometimes they have their good days. So I will just prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be extremely difficult for anybody with a disability to enter the facility considering the door is very heavy and they don't have an automatic door button for anyone who is handicapped. It is also very small inside just like every other Little Caesars.“

“Look man, if you've been to any little Ceasars before, you should know what to expect. If you haven't, good for you.Is it good? Maaaaan, IT'S HOT N READY, what more can you ask? Though to be honest, it's not really ready anymore.Same teen kids work there like everywhere - they'd rather be on their phone than pulling out pizzas or attending the register. Not any of them are paid enough to develop a work ethic. I can't blame them. That little lobby fills up quick and 15 minutes can become 45. It is what it is.Get that Supreme on a thin crust tho - trust me!

“This place really improved in terms of urgency and service. As much as I love Little Caesars for how cheap it is, over a year ago, I had complaints about this local LC's being very slow, not using the Pizza Portal, and not ringing up customers in a 'first come, first served' order, and waiting up to an hour. The amount I spent took not even a minute to pick up my order from the Pizza Portal. You see, the employees at this LCs? You see how much easier it is to use that Pizza Portal, lower wait times for customers = satisfied customers. I forgive you guys! ??“

“Went to this location and spoke with the kind lady in the front who took my order. She was very cheerful and happy ON A SUNDAY. She has a kind demeanour that makes you want to come back. Thank you. Service was fast and food is as expected and as ordered.“

“I'm a regular customer, I come to this lil ceaser's every weekend and almost never have a problem. The staff are always good with me. Only thing lately pizza always comes out over cooked, pizza is chewy and no sauce, dry. Bread sticks are over cooked. And I order lightly toasted. Hopefully it's gets better.“

“The wait is somewhat fast, there were about 3 orders ahead of me & 7 orders after me and they all got their food before I got mine, it took about 45 mins. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas ? ?, 1 cheese ? stuffed pretzel ? crust pepperoni pizza ?and 2 Cesar hot wings. I believe it took long because of the ? ? ? otherwise it was pretty quick“

“I rather enjoy this location. Sheldon and Alysa are rather fun people to talk to, and always make my time more enjoyable.

Food tastes good as always, and prices are far practically half of the other pizza sellers I'm aware of.“

“I ordered over 20 pizzas/ sticks and slices and 6 crazy bread at 11:00am and at 11:50am it was ready. VERY helpful and friendly employees helped me carry everything and load my car and they were so courteous. My order was perfect and everyone loved the food. I have ordered from this location in the past but this time I was so impressed that I had to leave a review because this was such a great experience with the customer service and quality of product from this particular team.“

“This place is usually good. Did have some doordash orders get cancelled when I wanted delivery, because of long wait times. I do wish they'd start taping the pizza boxes for deliveries cause I've had a couple of pizzas look like they were tampered with.“
