“I love them 🥹 The owner, her family, and staff are the sweetest. The lentil soup is amongst the best I’ve ever had including from Lebanon and Jordan. Sometimes she gives it to me on the house and as much as I ask to pay for it, she refuses with a smile. It feels like home and she’s your mom and I mean that in the best way. Chicken shawarma on point. Tikka beef is so tender and the pickled red onion goes so well with it. Both the pita and saj bread are soft and delicious. I could go on but go try for yourself! Also, I would add pics but I’m already too far gone into the meal before I remember I should take some. Go now!“

“We get take out from this restaurant once a week. The food is great, portions and prices are good too. The owner is wonderful. Two people can easily share one meal. We typically get one of the chicken, beef, rice and salad combo and share it between two of us. Definitely worth trying!“

“I definitely need to come back here. I got the beef shawarma and gyro ultimate plate. The shawarma was very good but I think, for me, the gyro was the star. I want to try a gyro pita some time too. Their portions are large enough that it is easily two or three meals for me.

This would be a great place to go even for people that aren't as into Mediterranean food as I am. They have fish and chips, Italian beef sandwiches (which I must try some time) and Philly cheese steaks (which I also must try).

“Where do I even begin? The pita? Perfect texture and taste. The cherry tomatoes? Obviously fresh, juicy, and sourced from a great farm. The romain? Plentiful and CRISP. The Dill and Taziki sauce? Also VERY fresh, has a citrus kick somewhere, and seems to be made fresh as well. Because it doesn't taste like a store bought sauce filled with preservatives. The hummus? That might actually be where the citrus is from. However, the hummus is not overly salty! You can actually taste the Chickpeas and they use good ingredients as well as olive oil for the hummus too! The chicken? Is in NO way shape or form dry and it's actually seasoned! It's juicy and normal is it overcooked. The olives? Brothers and sisters I HATE olives by themselves, rarely on certain foods. But these olives are not overpowering and stealing the flavor profile, it just adds more depth to the flavor bomb of the Greek chicken Pita! The feta? What could be bettah? Seriously though if you can see this picture you should've seen that they don't skip on the feta either. Again the flavor is ALL the way there but not overpowering. While the texture is almost creamy. Probably with assistance from the sauce but still, it's not overly dry! 10/10 Would recommend & I will be back! Now the facility was spotless, the cleanest "fast food" I've ever seen. The staff? Phenomenonal, personable, kind, attentive to details, and downright superstars that make that place run like clockwork! Wooooo wo weeeee wo!!! If you haven't been here then you've got to go!! Moderate prices, exceptional ingredients, lovely staff, and clean facilities(where the staff actually care like the NW Expressway location in OKC). I'm out, ty for listening to my Ted talk! 🫡“

“Ate there to celebrate my grandson’s graduation from ASU. We were treated to a fun,filled delicious meal. The owner treated us like family and announced my grandson’s graduation to all the customers. It was one of the highlights of our trip. “Make no mistake- this place is GOOD. I ordered chicken shawarma with fries and I was surprised by how delicious both were. i’m usually not a big fan of crinkle cut fries, but these were good. The spices and chicken they use for the Shawarma is amazing. Very unique. It’s just far enough outside the heart of downtown Phoenix that you can still find a parking spot at one of the mirrors for really cheap. This place is a little gem and by no means to be underestimated. If you have any time at all please come check this place out. You won’t regret it 10 out of 10. I highly recommend.“

I have to be gluten free and have never gotten sick from any of my numerous meals there (fingers crossed that continues). I organize a monthly luncheon for my employees and have tried many different caterers over the years, but Niro Gyros truly stands out.The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Typically, the meat dishes are the first to disappear at events, but not this time! There was plenty left for everyone to enjoy even the next day. The gyro meat was especially tasty I often find it too salty elsewhere, but here the seasoning was absolutely perfect. The chicken was all white breast meat and tasted amazing and a lot. Niro Gyros is now at the top of my list. I also want to highlight that the delivery and setup were flawless, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Please support small local restaurants like this, they truly deserve it!“

“I really like this place a lot but I don't stray away from favorite meal here. I always get the gyro dinner/platter that's comes with a salad, potatoes, yellow rice and plenty of gyro meat! Now to be honest I haven't had anything here before except for a traditional gyro. So this is all I can comment on but those of you who try many different meals there, I would suspect that the meals are well prepared, plentiful and the staff is going to be great and the place will be clean. They've been around for many years so I'll go on longevity and great tasting food as my sole recommendation!
