I’ve been here before when they were at the downtown location and already loved it—especially the cacio e pepe (my favorite!) and the service. Somehow, coming back after the move was even better.

Loved the flavors and freshness of the food. Ricotta and honey with focaccia was amazing! Small place so make a reservation.
Great experience. It's a small quaint place with friendly staff always available for suggestions. I got the little gem salad with the most incredible shallot vinaigrette and shaved Parmesan. The bartender recommended the bucatini and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly with a peppery sauce. The wine was a collaboration between the owner and an Oregon vintner. Fantastic. This will become a regular spot for me when in Phoenix.

Many guests see Tratto as a little escape, where everything is done right with care and skill, making it perfect for special occasions or just a nice meal out.
