Food was decent, surprisingly so for a chain Mexican place. Great use of avocado and cilantro to stay true to the authentic concept. Clean restaurant, efficient service. Fun decor, with a thatched roof indoors and outside seating space in the plaza. Cost a little more than we'd expected. Confused about whether we bus our own tables
Ordered a bowl, I wasn't told they didn't have citrus rice until after our order had been completed. Subbed the Mexican rice (to be easy) and I regret it, bland flavor and not fulfilling at all. The staff didn't seem too enthused to be at work either...

If this Rubio's would learn customer service it would be better. One of the ladies is chewing gum obnoxiously while taking an order and with a terrible attitude. The other one with the long nasty finger nails has a terrible attitude as well. I have never seen a smile come from her face, ever. Also, it freaks me out knowing she is handling our order with those poop crusted fingernails. Overall it isn't very welcoming at all.
