Absolutely delicious! 🍨 Tipsy Scoop is such a fun Black-owned business with amazing flavors and a unique twist on ice cream. The ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. Great experience, great vibe. I’ll definitely will be back! ❤🍦
