“I used to not care for Arby's until I started coming to this particular restaurant. Service and food is ALWAYS great! Training a new guy at the register today. Co-manager was very patient in helping him thru the steps of taking an order with a coupon. All employees seem happy to work at this store. Genuinely reflects on management's leadership and mentorship skills. Kenny the GM is one of the most engaged managers I've seen at any fast food restaurant. Visible on every visit. This guy has the secret sauce to run this place (pun intended), and likely any restaurant. Thanks to the whole team, and keep up the good work!“

“I stopped into Walmart on St. art. 69 to pick up groceries and I was starving and in a huge rush, so I stopped into Carl’s Jr. Jasmine took my order and saw that I was anxious about time, so she assured me that they would work hard to complete my order as quickly as possible. She was kind. Friendly and caring. I also want to thank the gentleman that made my food! Wayne heard me say I was in a hurry, and he jumped right on it. He made it fast but he also made it so well. Thanks to your crew for treating me so well!“

“Absolutely love Culver's. All Culver's locations are exceptional! Food quality has always been top notch. However, I understand the drive-thru wait times as the food is always prepared fresh but when ordering frozen/cold items from the menu and having to wait 20 minutes for two concrete mixers and a sundae is unacceptable. All items were melted/melting by the time it was brought to me. By the time I got home they all were completely soupy consistency. Those thin plastic containers are only good for immediate consumption. Maybe consider using insulated containers or for drive-thru orders or making cold orders in the drive-thru a priority.“

“Wow what a difference from Phoenix Restaurants! Stopped in to this Taco Bell and had really good food and clean dining room. Our helper was Chris! Spot on very helpful, friendly and timing was great! Hot food… Yum! Thank you Chris for your awesome hospitality. We will be back when in Prescott“

“The pizza here is always top notch! The staff is always friendly and patient. The store is very clean and well kept. Kitchen area is also clean and well kept. This place is great and they even have a dining area, which are becoming rarer by the day.
Great Job Pizza Hut.
And of course, the food - can't leave that out. Crispy crusts and soft dough. Just the right balance.

“A Crispy Chicken sandwich and a frosty are the food items that I ordered. I really like the chocolate frosties. The chicken sandwich was very good. A young man was the employee who took my order and he was very efficient in taking my order. The price of my food order was reasonable. It was quiet in Wendy's and the store was very clean. I definitely recommend this Wendy's location in Prescott.“

“They did an amazing job for our online catering order. We ordered the box with 5 signature subs, and they cut, wrapped, and labeled them just like we requested. Lots of packets, napkins, and a bowl of extra toppings. We were really impressed. Order was ready at our scheduled time (10 am on a Sunday).“

“I stopped to grab a quick bite to eat, couldn't make up my mind. Both the guys working made a couple suggestions, but didn't rush me either. Found out they were closing in less then 30 minutes. They did not rush me, allowed me to eat in the dinning room, and were friendly from start to finish.“

“I stopped in today for lunch with my daughter on a daddy-daughter date, and we were greeted by Shon at the front register. I have to say—employees like her are truly one in a million. Shon has an unbelievable ability to work the entire room with genuine warmth. She greeted every single customer with a smile and a personality that immediately brightened the trajectory of their day.

As a business owner who has hired many employees over the years, I can confidently say that if I were in an industry that relied heavily on customer interaction, I’d steal Shon away in a heartbeat. It’s obvious that any business she works at is bound to succeed simply because of the energy and positivity she brings.

“Finally. Prescott has a frozen soft serve place geared specifically for wealthy people. A small milk shake is $6.49 and a "large" is $7.49 (each plus tax) ... and no, those are NOT typos. I got a "small" dish (they call it a large) of soft serve for $5.95. Financing is not available.“

“David made my sandwiches today.He made me 5 different footlong sandwiches and put all the sides in bowls that I brought and the chicken salads in separate bowls for 3 of the sandwiches. This 8s now my favorite Subway to go to for my sandwiches because David is so good at making multiple sandwiches and all the extra stuff he did for my order. The contractors were very pleased with their chicken salad sandwiches and all the extra care David did for them. I live in Prescott Valley but now prefer going to this location in Prescott now because of the outstanding service David did for me. Thank you so much for making my visit so special David.
