“The girl who took our order tonight was so nice. She's great at her job and very helpful with our picky requests. She is very knowledgeable about the items on the menu and provides amazing customer service. Food is always great and seating area is always nice and clean.
I forgot to ask her name, but our receipt said Jordan. She was working 9-11 at about 7pm. She deserves a raise!!“

“Absolutely love Culver's. All Culver's locations are exceptional! Food quality has always been top notch. However, I understand the drive-thru wait times as the food is always prepared fresh but when ordering frozen/cold items from the menu and having to wait 20 minutes for two concrete mixers and a sundae is unacceptable. All items were melted/melting by the time it was brought to me. By the time I got home they all were completely soupy consistency. Those thin plastic containers are only good for immediate consumption. Maybe consider using insulated containers or for drive-thru orders or making cold orders in the drive-thru a priority.“

“A lot of fast food places today do not have good service. Not just short staffed but just poor customer service. Not today at the Prescott Arby’s! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone was so friendly. We told the cashier our order and he suggested ordering a kids meal to make it cheaper. It was so professional and clean. You could tell they are well managed. Good job!“

“This 5 star part of my review is specifically for an employee that works there, not the actual food itself. I’d like to recognize “Vanity” that works there. I placed a mobile order about a week ago and I was greeted by the most friendly face. Vanity was very personable. She was so friendly and she made me feel like she truly cares about her customers. It’s not often that you see that in the customer service industry much anymore and I just wanted her efforts to be recognized. Thank you, Vanity for making my visit such an enjoyable one!

As far as the food goes, it leaves a lot to be desired. Almost every time, my order is not right in some way, about half the time it’s missing at least 1 item, and there’s hardly any meat on anything ever. The chalupas are also pretty subpar. With how much a chalupa costs, I would hope that it would at least be cooked- but it’s always soggy and barely cooked. And I get about a teaspoon of meat on anything I order. But, it’s close by and I can usually get a halfway decent deal on an online box- good thing cause that’s about all the food is worth with how skimpy the meat portions are.

“McDonald's is known for their consistency and this one is no different.

I've been to several McDonald's in my life and must say this one is the cleanest I've ever saw. Obviously, cleanliness is a high priority. Even the bathrooms which experience heavy traffic are well kept and fully stocked.

No place is perfect as we all know and this location seems to be undermanned causing evident stress to the current employees. However, I believe there is a shortage of young people seeking a entry level type job in this particular area, known primarily as a retirement community.

“They did an amazing job for our online catering order. We ordered the box with 5 signature subs, and they cut, wrapped, and labeled them just like we requested. Lots of packets, napkins, and a bowl of extra toppings. We were really impressed. Order was ready at our scheduled time (10 am on a Sunday).“

“The same guy who is always there when I get wings from here always loves his job. I don't know if he is the supervisor or just the front of house but he always has a good attitude and happy to help customers.

Place is clean and the atmosphere is always good.
