“The meals are well prepared, especially given the high volume of orders. Sometimes sauce packets are missing that are requested. I typically have to ensure they include the salsa that is to come standard with the meat lovers breakfast burrito.
Today the staff was quite mute and lacking any emotion or enthusiasm, even though it was morning and not busy.
As for the appearance and atmosphere, it has been quite consistent in staying the same with no broad appeal and nothing to truly catch one's eye to attract interest.
I believe more visual (and larger) aids would bring more interest to the location, and also supplying the workers with more enthusiasm to work towards, would pass onto the customers. Ensuring a better experience and atmosphere for workers and customers.“
“Always the best customer service! Food is always piping hot and fresh I am never disappointed in the food or service here absolutely astounding quality of service! The employees are so welcoming and considerate , they nicely asked me to turn the truck off because of the sound I appreciate the hospitality they provide most definitely my favorite jack in the box! The day crew always delivers excellent service!“
“Oh my gosh Amanda is so sweet! I stopped by at 03/1 around 11:45pm ish and Amanda, who took my order was so kind! Usually people working late, would be tired and just ready to go home, but Amanda was so sweet! Took extra time to help me with some stuff with my order and I was so happy to have a great late night conversation with her!! Someone needs to pay her extra!!
I will only go back if that sweet women is working! :)“
