“The only positive experience was a young worker named Cinder, which is why I gave service a 5. She was literally the only worker I actually saw working other than 1 male Cook. The rest were just standing around talking while I saw Cinder taking orders over the headset, taking money, passing out food both at the window and outside, and cleaning the lobby. The food was pretty awful. The nuggets and fries were old, cold, and stale. The big Mac sauce tasted sour like it had spoiled. Bad food, bad atmosphere except for Cinder, who seemed positive and a good worker.“
“Some McDonald's you can walk in and tell they have management issues. Others you can walk in and instantly tell management is doing a good job. This is one that is doing a good job. Friendly and attentive service, food up to Brand standards, condiments inside the sandwiches instead of on top of or outside.“
“This McDonald's was super sweet when we called in to ask about collecting happy meal toys. They informed us which ones they had in stock and gave us the option to buy the toys individually. I've been to 3 other locations today and they all blew me off so I really appreciate the kind response I received here! :)“
