“My wife and I have been coming here for years. Never any issues. I'm rating finally because today I went while it was raining with my infant daughter and dropped my coffees outside. Since it was raining hard I decided to take my daughter home and then go back to see if they could replace my drinks. Even though it was 20 minutes later and I threw the cups away they made the coffees again. Thank you!“
“We went through the drive through just a few moments ago. I ordered a pup cup for my dog who just diagnosed with terminal cancer this morning. I was a wreck in the drive through, crying and sobbing. The sweet woman gave my pup and extra pup cup, and paid for our coffees. I could barely even say thank you bc I was already sobbing. She briefly mentioned that her pup passed over the rainbow bridge too. And I am just so grateful for that ladies kindness in that moment. It’s something I will never forget.“
“This is my most favorite Starbucks to come to, I’m in school right now so I stay here for hours studying, the staff is all so nice, everyone is so welcoming and pleasant to interact with. Drinks are of course delicious but it’s the staff that really make this place. Only complaint is it’s always freezing but that’s probably just a personal problem lol“
“I LOVE LOVE Starbucks..Getting a little slow at one location but the people are still great. Especially love the service at the Riggs n Ellsworth location from Otto, Emily, Jewels, and Jack (Philip too). I have been to at least a dozen different locations but I can't pass that one without stopping by..They know how to treat people right and are great examples to everyone. Great suggestions too.“
“This Starbucks consistently has the best customer service. The staff are polite, friendly and very quick getting orders out in the morning. I go here for my morning coffee instead of the drive through Starbucks down the street. Such a great atmosphere!“
