“The staff here are absolutely phenomenal! I arrived 15 minutes before our pizza was ready and had to wait with my boys (ages 5 and 9) who were already feeling cranky. I was not anticipating waiting to be a pleasant experience. Fortunately, an employee was folding pizza boxes at the counter and my kids were fascinated. They asked to watch and she agreed, explaining the process along the way. When my boys asked if they could try, she said they could and coached them through the process. My kids ended up helping to fold boxes until our pizza was ready. Other employees popped in to help and monitor when the original employee had to answer the phone or help a customer. What would have been a miserable 15 minutes turned into a wonderful experience. My kids left the restaurant declaring that their first jobs would be at Barro’s. The bonus to all this is that the pizza was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go there again!“

“Our servers, Amber and Stacy, were excellent. They were very prompt with taking orders and ensured everything was accurate upon delivery. Our party was large, but the orders were consistently correct. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was good.“

He was a talented chef who loved making cheesecake and cannolis, so this dessert holds a special place in our hearts. “I love a clean simple cheese pizza. I asked for it to be slightly burnt and they absolutely delivered. The price was great as well. We ate as a family of 5 and the bill was under $100. That's hard to do in this day and age. We highly recommend giving this establishment a try. You won't be disappointed.“

“I had placed a delivery order with Uber Eats. My order never made it. Uber driver took random pizza box photo on my porch. He then sent me a text my food was delivered. When I get to the door there was no food. Called driver who said he grabbed the wrong order. Said he had other deliveries then would go get it. This was all very suspect.
After calling Barro’s I find out my food is still there. I spoke to a manager about the issue. He went above and beyond by having one of his own employees deliver my food. The young lady delivered it in less than at my home in less than 15 minutes. I of course gave her a nice $20 tip.
This manager showed me how much he cared about taking care of customers. Thank you so much to all involved. Even the girl who answered the phone was very professional and had a willingness to please attitude. Great job!“
