“Friendly folks tending bar, big taproom that does bingo on Thursdays, dog friendly patio, and finally the beer. It’s the best local brewery I’ve sampled since moving to Phoenix from Bend, Oregon (a craft beer mecca). Brewed in smaller batch and you can taste the quality because of that. Solid variety, would highly recommend all around.“

“My husband and I visited twice. Both nights we had a lovely server named Emilee. She made very good suggestions for us. Our first night we had Key lime pie which was awesome! And on our second night she suggested the Tacos that were also amazing! It’s always good to have a cheerful engaging server who adds to out of the area visitors. We were visiting for 3 days from NJ and spent 2 nights dining at Fate Brewery.“

We got the wings, queso dip and hummus to start. The wings and queso dip was delicious, the hummus wasn’t my favorite. We got burgers for our entree and they were good. Added bacon to mine.“

“My wife and I attended the mini Chandler High class of 1983 reunion held at this fine establishment. The day and weather was beautiful to sit outside in the courtyard and visit with old friends. The food was delicious, nothing but rave reviews for everything made in house from the pizza's to the hummus made with cannelloni beans. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and Social interactions at Craft 64. Suzanna the manager went above and beyond making our reunion enjoyable and her service and staff are to be applauded for a job well done. Thank you!“

“Stopped in for a couple of beers while working my way through the Phoenix breweries. Enjoyed their house michelada and the fun vibe different from the other breweries in the area. They also serve up a fun frozen cocktail. I don't remember seeing a good menu, and the inside is smaller than some of the other breweries around the neighborhood, but enjoyed my visit and would encourage other beer lovers to stop in.“

“I cannot say enough great things about Phantom Fox Beer Company! I was fortunate enough to rent out the front area for my 40th birthday, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. What really stood out to me was how much this place went above and beyond to make my birthday special. They didn’t just provide a space—they helped create an experience that I will genuinely remember for years to come.
Turning 40 is a pretty big milestone, and I wanted to celebrate somewhere that had a great atmosphere, good drinks, good food, and a place where everyone could relax, have fun, and enjoy themselves. Phantom Fox checked every single box. The space was perfect for bringing everyone together, and having the front area gave us a great setup for celebrating with our friends and family.
The atmosphere here is exactly what I love in a bar and brewery. It has a fun, laid-back feel while still being energetic enough to make it feel like you are actually going out and celebrating. The downtown Mesa location adds to the experience, and there is something really cool about spending time in a local place that feels like part of the community.
The staff were one of the biggest reasons this experience was so memorable. From the planning to the actual celebration, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure everything went well. They were accommodating, friendly, and incredibly helpful. When you are organizing a birthday party, especially a milestone birthday, there are always little details that can become stressful. The team at Phantom Fox made the process feel so much easier, and that meant a lot to me.
And of course, you cannot talk about Phantom Fox without mentioning the beer! They have a great selection of craft beers and a rotating lineup, which makes it a fun place whether you already know exactly what you like or you want to try something new. There is a great variety, and it really adds to the experience of spending an afternoon or evening here.
The food was also a huge bonus. Having Goat & Ram Pizza connected to the space made it incredibly convenient for our celebration. Being able to enjoy great pizza and drinks together made the whole event even better. It was exactly the kind of relaxed, fun environment I wanted for my 40th birthday.
Most importantly, I left feeling incredibly grateful that I chose Phantom Fox for such an important celebration. They helped make my 40th birthday a night I will always remember, and that is something you simply cannot put a price on.
If you are looking for a place to grab a great beer, enjoy some food, celebrate a birthday, host a gathering, or simply have a fantastic time with friends, I highly recommend checking out Phantom Fox Beer Company. I absolutely love this place, and after the experience I had for my 40th birthday, I will definitely be coming back.

“The beer here is phenomenal and so is the selection . Customer service was on point and even The Head Brewer was amazing and showing us some amazing beers that we didn't try on our flight and even gave us a sneak peak of a new one coming up. This is amazing for us because we aimed to have the same customer service at the brewery we worked at in New Mexico . I really cannot say enough about this place but the reality is most places we don't always go back but this is a place we will frequent when in town“

“Went to Brews Burger Joint and got the Apple Pie al la Mode and omg it’s everything I love about fall but in a cider. Not sickening sweet at all has a perfect crisp apple flavor with hints of spices. One thing though is I need cans… I definitely need some cans of this for our home 😩💖. Also word of advice if you find this anywhere 10/10 get it if you love ciders. It’s like getting a hug from fall itself.“
“I’ve been enjoying Four Peaks beer for almost 20 years. I found them in college and have loved their beer ever since. The Kiltlifter is my personal favorite and even though I no longer live in AZ, when I come to visit I make sure to find some and bring it back to share with my friends. Cheers and keep on brewing!“

“Really cool brewery with Colorado roots! 🍻 Formation has a great selection of brews, decent food, and a good happy hour. I especially love getting a flight so I can try a few different beers, and it’s a nice bonus that they have several cider options for anyone who isn’t a big beer drinker.
My first visit was fantastic, the service was super friendly and fast. My second visit was a little slower even though it didn’t seem particularly busy, so I think the experience may depend on the day. Overall, though, I really enjoy the atmosphere, the variety of drinks, and the chance to try something new. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Phoenix!“

“We went to Four Peaks Brewing to try their beer, and I absolutely loved their beer selection! 🍺 I tried the seasonal Grapefruit Hop Knob and the Oatmeal Stout, and both were great.
As for the food, the wings were just okay, but the Salmon BLT was amazing! The Brezelburger was also just okay, while the kids really enjoyed the fish and chips.
The sauces were okay, they were very runny and could definitely use more flavor. Overall, I really enjoyed the beer selection and the Salmon BLT was definitely a highlight!“

“We really enjoy this neighborhood brewery. They always have a great selection of beer and a great happy hour. There are lots of small plates you can get on happy hour and pictures of beer are only eight dollars. The food is good. Nothing that I would crave or go back for, but it is tasty.
Service is great! Even when they are really busy, they are so attentive. They are well staffed.
They have great outdoor space for when the weather is nice. Lots of TVs if you were there to watch a game. And it’s dog friendly.“

Beer prices don't make sense. Be sure not to get a 24oz because it just doesn't add up.... You can get two 16oz beers (equaling 32oz) for just $1.50 more than the 24oz... Make that make sense“
