I got the fresh milk brown sugar drink at 25% sugar, which was perfect. Otherwise it would have been way too sweet.

Only thing of note, when I went in to order, the store was hot. Felt like the AC was barely on. In the summer, it’s brutal. But, I was just grabbing a quick drink and not staying there.“

The owner and cake maker insisted it was the same size so I asked if she could swap cakes and she said rudely said “definitely not!” I paid $48 for what I thought was a cake that looked like the one in the case. Had I known I could have gotten a same size Cheesecake Factory cake for the same price. And the wait staff would not have been rude to me. BRW tge cake was nothing special. Live and learn.“

Gets her matcha from Japan . The tea was great. If you don’t mind a conversation. It’s a good place“

“I was looking for boba tea in the area and was actually hesitant to try it here because of the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised...we bought 3 different drinks and all were excellent. It was a little bit of a wait but drinks were satisfying and tasted great. Note that it is inside the restaurant on the corner, Hello Vietnam. We ordered at the front register and waited in the lobby for our drinks.“

“I went in to boba and it was one of the best boba experiences I’ve ever had. The workers were nice and hard working. I went at around 4:30 during rush time and I thought that the drinks would take a long time but I had it within minutes, if I could give a 6/5 I would. Definitely coming back“
