“Normally I try not to come in last minute, but tonight, I was looking for something quick to eat that was near by. I pulled into the plaza and realized that Jersey mikes was still open. I came in and had a tall gentleman serve me. No attitude, or dirty looks, and the food came out quick. I have only been to Jersey mikes a few times in the past so I wasn’t too quick to order. Still, the gentleman showed patience regardless of the time I came in. This sort of service is what should be expected everywhere but has lost its place as a norm. I will be back.“
“We had a week of ordering from the Jersey Mikes for our entire crew.30 subs,and bowls. Our crews lunch was right everyday.
Great job and manager(Phoenix) went over and above to keep us fed and getting our order right every time .

“I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. Mostly dining room cleanliness, and the staffs ability to acknowledge I was even there, focused more on being social with each other.
I’ve had a streak of better experiences, so hopefully something changed behind the scenes and continues.
I got my usual today, a big kahuna. Staff were extremely friendly and actually asked if I wanted a bag for all of my stuff. Which is a first time this has ever happened at a Jersey Mikes for me.“

“Bryan was quick to answer my phone call right as 10am came around, they where very polite and nice when I explained my issues with the online ordering, they made me feel assured that my order would be ready in a very timely manner, I was really pleased with working with them. Great customer service and order accuracy! I can count on Bryan when I have to feed 20+ hungry employees.“
“Someone doordashed to our church building two sandwiches, and two days later, we found the old sandwiches and ate them, and let me tell you they were DELICIOUS. The lettuce was obviously wilty, because it had been a full 48 and a half hours, but the bread wasn't soggy or stale, and they were both perfectly seasoned. Will we get food poisoning? Possibly. Will it be worth it? Absolutely. 😋“
