I placed an annoying order for a business lunch and called to ask for even more special instructions. Esteban went out of his way to communicate and accommodate my needs, I even heard him and the team providing great customer service to others in the background as they were looking over my order. “Pretty fast service but the store felt crowded, the ingress and egress isn't so good. Order your food in the app when it's busy and give them 15 minutes past what the app says (app is wrong, I've found not the staff) and you're fine on that. Also the parking can beva bit much, allow time to park ideally when it's busy or really hot. Great sandwiches though, I especially like the hot ones they seem to taste better by me.“

“I received exceptional service today from Caleb at Jersey Mike's!! Not only did he make me an amazing sandwich, he had an awesome attitude when I told him I had a feed allergy. He put on new glove and placed paper cross the prep board. Super job at customer service!! Appreciate it so much!!“

“Our sandwiches were good. We got there at 8:35 and they close at 9. When we ordered, we were asked dine in or to go. We said we'd like to dine in, but the guy making our sandwiches looked at us and in a quiet voice said "to go, we close in 20 minutes". We really didn't want to eat them in our hotel room, but.....he bagged them up and off we went.“
“Every visit I’ve expected was a good one. The employees all greeted you once you walked in. The food is consistently delicious and always how I ordered it. The app makes it so much easier to order on the go when you’re pressed for time. Pretty accurate when given the approximate time for pick up.“
