“Amazing customer service and consistent quality in their yummy food, despite how bust this location is. I placed an annoying order for a business lunch and called to ask for even more special instructions. Esteban went out of his way to communicate and accommodate my needs, I even heard him and the team providing great customer service to others in the background as they were looking over my order. I plan to use only this location as much as I can for meetings moving forward. Thank you again and keep up the great work, you are appreciated!“
“Great sandwich. Always tastes great. Staff was pretty good too. Younger kids speak a little fast for me, so I had to ask a few times to repeat. I'm getting older! They asked me about any options for the sandwich and were very polite.
Atmosphere good. It was a little warm out so inside worked out great. I'll be back!“

“I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. Mostly dining room cleanliness, and the staffs ability to acknowledge I was even there, focused more on being social with each other.
I’ve had a streak of better experiences, so hopefully something changed behind the scenes and continues.
I got my usual today, a big kahuna. Staff were extremely friendly and actually asked if I wanted a bag for all of my stuff. Which is a first time this has ever happened at a Jersey Mikes for me.“
“Our sandwiches were good. We got there at 8:35 and they close at 9. When we ordered, we were asked dine in or to go. We said we'd like to dine in, but the guy making our sandwiches looked at us and in a quiet voice said "to go, we close in 20 minutes". We really didn't want to eat them in our hotel room, but.....he bagged them up and off we went.“
“This is the location closest to me that I frequent. None of the employees where name tags. There is this one male employee with short brown hair and of course wears the uniform hat. He always has a very Stern blank look on his face and he is not customer service oriented whatsoever. I can understand that food service is not the friendliest place to work. But he brings this place down with his attitude and his unfriendly remarks and responses.“
