“We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing and they even treated us to a champagne toast and delicious dessert. Our waiter was excellent and provided us with recommendations that we absolutely loved. Definitely recommend.“

“Our party of four had their lunch specials for $15 each. I loved my bento box with salmon teriyaki, spicy tuna roll, edamame, salad and miso soup. (It also came with rice which I didn't eat.) The spicy tuna roll was really exceptional but all the food was good. There's a decent variety of what you can choose to put in your bento box. Service was attentive. Place was crowded when we got there at 11:30 but we got seats right away. The only difficulty was finding parking. We had to walk pretty far in the 115° weather!“

“Hands down our favorite restaurant in Scottsdale! BYOB is the added bonus however Atlas has an amazing selection of great wines for purchase. Chef Jabari is incredibly talented. His food is delectable and his presentations are absolutely beautiful. This intimate restaurant is a MUST try for foodies!l“

“Fantastic food with a fun variety of dishes not often found in the area. Both the flavor and the presentation were fantastic. We felt they were priced appropriately.

The steaks were higher priced than at other high end steakhouses so they will have to be above and beyond to gain our approval. We didn't order one as we were still skeptical about the quality thanks to previous experiences (see below).

The service was great - professional, helpful, responsive, and fun! The chef even came out to say hello!

We walked away from Talavera a couple years as it was very expensive, overpriced like Mastro's, and every dish was a huge fail. We heard they got a new chef last year and we thought we would give Talavera one more try to see if things improved. Thankfully they did in a huge way.

“This place is fabulous!!!! The food is so delicious! We started with Potato croquettes. Perfect crunch nice and soft inside. The menu is not large, but they do have a seasonal menu, so we ordered the portobello and the crudo. Both were great, but let me tell you the crudo was top notch! The ribeye is big, so definitely shareable along with all the other plates. My husband and I will be back. Our server was Mikayla and she was divine and gave us all the great recommendations!“

“Absolutely loved this place all around, atmosphere, service and food. My friend and I met our 2 other friends here at 4:00 pm right when they opened. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated by a very nice and friendly young man, who was our server throughout the evening. The restaurant is very small, no tables bigger than to hold a party of 4. The bar though was big, it could accommodate a lot of people. They also have outdoor patio seating which looked very inviting if the weather was cooler.

We started off with the smoking deal they offer, a bottle of wine and a Bruschetta Board for $30. We ordered through out the evening cocktails and beers. They have limited cocktails, but the ones they offer were excellent. I had The V and Serendipity. The 4 of us shared all the tapas orders which were the Truffled Hamachi, 12pc Sashimi Assortment, Green Chili Beef Empanadas, Chicken Skewers, Spicy Salmon Avocado Maki and the Yellowtail Aburi. All was EXCELLENT!

“Such a beautiful little spot in a great setting! This cozy Italian pizza and pasta shop is tucked into a charming plaza with hanging lights and a big tree right in the center, it’s got such a nice atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, the food came out fast, and everything tasted amazing. It’s about as close as you can get to a fancy pizza place without the price tag. Definitely check it out for lunch or dinner, they serve glass-bottle Cokes and some of the best pasta you’ll ever have.“
