“I can't recommend this place more. I've walked in front of this restaurant for years without giving it a try, and that was a mistake. The food was over the top. Next level. Went again within a week. It did not disappoint. The Crispy Tofu was simply amazing (and I don't typically like tofu), you can't go wrong with the Chuck Norris Spring Roll - it was out of this world with flavors. The Bruce Lee Spring Roll was as good but with more heat. The Garlic Noodles were absolutely next level. We ordered the trio (with firecracker Shrimp and Chicken). Everything was top notch and uber tasty. This place is a sleeper, but maybe not for much longer. Highly recommend.“

“I ordered online for takeout from Chada Thai, and was so impressed. The restaurant itself is cute and casual. It was fast (ready earlier than estimated), staff was super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I had panang curry with chicken, gluten free, hot. I love and eat Thai regularly, all over the US. They knocked it out of the park!“

“The pho here is phenomenal. I've had Pho from all over the AZ and WA state and there really is no comparison to the pho at Rice Paddy. It is so good that what I thought was good pho before is really unacceptable now that I've had this pho. I'm not joking when I say that you will be craving this soup after the 1st time you have it. Every now and again you come across a business where service AND quality are superb. Where the owner's passion shows through in their products or service. In this case, Rice Paddy - the owner is also the chef and his love for his craft shows in his high standards for his food, his prep, and his ingredients. What makes this place even better is, not only is the food good but the staff make you feel like part of the family. I'm there at least once per week, I hope this place gets the recognition it deserves!“

“Authentic Vietnamese food served by a lovely and kind staff. We ordered the grilled beef vermicelli, Vietnamese coffee, and grilled pork banh mi (not pictured). Everything was delicious and the meat was cooked to perfection. The restaurant itself is cozy and comfortable to dine in. We’ll definitely be back for more.“

“We were visiting in town and taken here to try their authentic Vietnamese food. I had the pork chop and fried rice and also the combo pho. We also ordered a couple smoothies and the spring rolls. Our food came out fast, hot, and tasty. Will definitely return once I'm back in town. Love how vast their menu is!“

Best part is, the price is cheaper than other places, as a bowl is going for $18-20 in many restaurants and goi cuon is going to $10 or more.

Bahn Xeo is like candy for food lovers!

Paired with a plate of lettuce leaves and sweet Thai Basil because you want to eat Bahn Xeo like it's a wrap, a lettuce wrap. You place of piece of Bahn Xeo, along with a little bit of pickled carrots and radish and a leaf of Thai Basil inside a lettuce leaf and wrap it like an egg roll. Dip the wrap in the sweetened fish sauce and eat.

NOTE: 9 out of 10 Restaurants will NOT make Bahn Xeo. This restaurant is the same. I just so happened to show up at a time when 2 Aunties were visiting and the good nephew who owns the restaurant was making them Bahn Xeo. The Aunties pulled some strings for me. Thank you Aunties Lin and Yu! :)“

“Let’s start by saying I began coming here about a year ago, and it’s hands-down the best pho place. The meat portions are very generous. When I think of pho, my mind instantly goes to Leo’s. The service is great—honest, kind, and genuine.

The only thing that might throw some people off is that the drinks are bottled, but I understand why. There are usually only three workers there at a time, and it’s truly a mom-and-pop place through and through. Some people might get frustrated, but for me, they’re the best. I wouldn’t trade the food or the experience for the world.“
