“Would be a “5” but I really don’t like the whole “asking for a tip” page when you are paying. The person is standing right there. And if you’re in the drive through, you won’t be able to see them handling your order. Just saying.
So I feel pressured to tip even though I find it really unnecessary for one simple order. A tip should not be an expectation.
Otherwise I love the yummy treats as a great way to help cope with the summer heat!!

“It's a solid pizza joint. Good quality food and proportions at a very reasonable price. I come here whenever I need a pizza fix, or they give out a coupon on their app. The gelato is also part of their family business, and tastes good at that. I highly recommend Lil Capo!“

“I love this spot because it’s chill and it’s never overly full for my toddler who can get easily overstimulated. The snacks are delicious and I love that they have water-based ice cream because she’s also lactose intolerant. The girls are always fast with service and attentive.

My mask had ripped prior to me entering the store and Suzanne offered to give me one even though we were not buying anything. She was so nice and courteous that I had to try something from there before I left. I bought one of their specialty drinks for my wife which she loved. “I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

On a fixed income you have to research everything that you know you will purchase over and over to get best deal AND best service. I like dealing with local businesses wherever possible. I have met several people that work there. All very laid back and friendly and...their ice cream is incredible. “I normally come here often and normally have zero issues but today I couldn’t help but be bothered by one of the workers. As we entered I noticed one person waiting meaning me and my boyfriend were second in line but a huge family came in behind us. This is where I got bothered, one of the workers knew them and instead of being professional and taking care of the person who was there first she skipped over and went straight to her friends or family talking to them and taking care of them first. I’m sorry but I feel like when you are working you should stay professional, I’m not saying you can’t say hi really quickly but that’s not fair for those who have been waiting a long time. Again when I walked in someone was already waiting who knows how long they had been waiting since it was pretty busy during that time. There was two other workers who were on top of it as soon as they finished they quickly helped the young boy and us after that. So thank you for them. Unfortunately they don’t have name tags so I couldn’t get their names.“

I think the novelty has worn off. Minis are only available mondays and tuesdays, so calendar that. And after speaking with friends and family, we've all come to the conclusion the staff is always so miserable doesn't matter what store. I wonder why that is?“

“Good water for a good price. Remember you get deep discounts on Wednesday and Sunday. They have alkaline for only $0.75 on those days but I stopped using alkaline cuz I never noticed a difference in my dentist said it was bad for your teeth.“

Handel’s ice cream is always delicious & I had the best hot fudge sundae with coconut cream pie & vanilla caramel brownie ice cream. There are so many flavors that all look amazing, it is really hard to choose what to get. I haven’t had a single flavor that I didn’t like yet.“

“Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

“It is a pizza place for families. You order over the phone or at the counter. We decided to dine in. We ordered a sub sandwich and a calzone. The sub was a foot long! The calzone had a great cheese pull and a ton of ricotta with a pot of red sauce for dipping. We will be bringing back leftovers.“
