“Went last night for a blizzard and Ranch bacon burger. The help at the desk was great but the burger was like cardboard, very dry,you don't need to worry about me coming back for another burger. I love the blizzards.“

“If happiness had a flavor, it would come from Tropical Sno. Ramon and Sierra absolutely crushed it. They were incredibly kind, patient, and clearly take pride in what they do.

Ramon and Sierra made the whole thing feel effortless. Meanwhile this snow cone had ice so soft it could probably qualify as a pillow. The flavor distribution was flawless. No dry bites. No syrup ambush at the bottom. Just consistent greatness.

This snow cone did what therapy could not. Instantly improved my mood and made me question every snow cone I’ve ever settled for.

I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. “Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

There was two other workers who were on top of it as soon as they finished they quickly helped the young boy and us after that. So thank you for them.
