“Went last night for a blizzard and Ranch bacon burger. The help at the desk was great but the burger was like cardboard, very dry,you don't need to worry about me coming back for another burger. I love the blizzards.“

“Tonight was the first time I have ever tried tropical snow, and I have to tell you it is the best thing I have ever tasted. The flavor was outstanding. I got a Pink Flamingo & it was so good! The gal that waited on me, her name is Zoie & she was such a sweetheart very helpful when I told her that I have never been there before, she explained some of the flavors and told me they also have ice cream as well and their flavor looked really good but again the tropical snow pink flamingo that I got was fabulous! Zoie provided outstanding Customer Service I will definitely be returning!“

“Handel’s Lake Pleasant is my go-to spot for ice cream! They have so many flavors to choose from. Some of my favorites are Knot Your Average Dough, Confetti Brownie Batter, & Brownie Dough! They also gave my toddler a baby cone of Vanilla ice cream with my purchase which was perfect since their portions are HUGE! They also have great outdoor seating. I highly recommend!“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“Fun soft served ice cream flavors (ube if you haven’t tried it) and cute taiyaki fish (think Belgian waffle-ish). If the fish is freshly made, it has a nice slightly crispy exterior and warm soft inside. There’s hollow space for filling and ice cream. The challenge is that it will make your soft serve melt crazy fast! (Hence, best to get the upside down version so you have a cup … same price.)

Mine was the upside down, ube, custard filling, and fruity pebbles as a topping. While not cheap, it was really cute, check my ice cream craving, and the service was great. (Very helpful and friendly)

The water tastes super clean and the filling nozzles are adjustable from a trickle to filling a gallon in just a handful of seconds. I filled up 40 gallons today for 10 dollars and only took about 8 minutes. Great location that's never too busy. Carts provided.“

“I went into the store today. First time ever. I was craving a peanut butter cookie. Just peanut butter. I saw the selection, the peanut butter cookie had chocolate on it. I was going to walk out. The sweet girl behind the counter told me she just baked some new peanut butter cookies. I bought 4. I am sorry I didn't ask her name. She made my day. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you. “When we want ice cream, we make the trip to the Baskin Robbin’s on El Mirage Road. There are other locations closer but this location stands out!! No the ice cream, the sherbet doesn’t taste any better at this location than any other! But it seems to. Why? Because of the staff! It is very well managed and the customer service shines through and through. The young people who work there are outstanding and it shows in their disposition. They are always polite respectful and serve with impeccable manners. It’s a credit to their parents as well as the training they receive through the head manager. “I normally come here often and normally have zero issues but today I couldn’t help but be bothered by one of the workers. As we entered I noticed one person waiting meaning me and my boyfriend were second in line but a huge family came in behind us. This is where I got bothered, one of the workers knew them and instead of being professional and taking care of the person who was there first she skipped over and went straight to her friends or family talking to them and taking care of them first. I’m sorry but I feel like when you are working you should stay professional, I’m not saying you can’t say hi really quickly but that’s not fair for those who have been waiting a long time. Again when I walked in someone was already waiting who knows how long they had been waiting since it was pretty busy during that time. There was two other workers who were on top of it as soon as they finished they quickly helped the young boy and us after that. So thank you for them. Unfortunately they don’t have name tags so I couldn’t get their names.“
