“The food was amazing. I was taken aback by a $15 price tag for the garlic bread, but it was worth the price. Our table was still talking about it even after the rest of the amazing food. The entree prices were very reasonable, most of them $21-$29 each. I ordered the baked canneloni and it was so good. Someone ordered a pizza and loved it, too. I know it's conceited to say--but many times I eat at a restaurant thinking my own cooking is just as good. Not at The Sicilian Butcher--I couldn't begin to replicate the delicious food we ate.“

Mike’s Market is one of those true hidden gems that you almost don’t want to tell people about but it’s just too good not to share. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and friendly, the kind of place where you can tell they genuinely care about their customers 😊👏
We ordered the garlic cheese pizza, and wow… absolutely incredible 🍕🧄🧀 The crust was perfectly cooked, not too thick and not too thin, with just the right balance of crunch and softness. The garlic flavor was bold but not overpowering, the cheese was melty and generous, and every slice tasted fresh and made with care. A large pizza easily fed four adults, and everyone was full and happy, which says a lot about the portion size and value.
What really stood out, besides the food, was how super nice and accommodating the staff was. Friendly service like that makes you want to come back again and again. This place is close to a friend’s house, and after this experience, it’s officially going to be a regular stop. If you’re anywhere near Peoria and want amazing pizza, great portions, fair prices, and awesome people, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t regret it 😄🔥🍕“

“We went for happy hour & all the food was amazing. Our server was fantastic & the portion sizes were huge. We had the sliders, (2) carnivore pizzas, chicken lettuce wraps , boneless wings & queso dip. Prices were super affordable & great drink.prices also. When I go to order I see Laura the manager, who reminds me to put in my phone #, she is always friendly and personable. I once said to her - I appreciate you and she said : We appreciate you. Usually Makayla will bring my food and I love that she is always smiling and so sweet and kind- Part of the reason I come here is because the food is great and the other part is because the staff is AMAZING !“

Given I live over four miles away, and the order was placed just before 6 PM, the wait time was exceptional, to include the driver, who was very courteous. The meal was excellent, as always. Even though they might be a tad pricier than their competition, the food is of excellent quality. They've been a favorite of mine since I was a youngster, back in the 1970s. They remain one of my favorites.“

By the time I noticed and gave them a call, an Olive Garden employee was already at my house with my correct order and told me to keep the incorrect one. “I came to Jet’s Pizza in Peoria like a humble traveler seeking nourishment. I left like someone who had just discovered the meaning of life… only to realize I don’t have a Jet’s anywhere near where I live. Honestly, tragic. Shakespeare couldn’t write pain like this.

I ordered the 8 Corner Ultimate Pepperoni, and when I opened the box, I swear a gentle beam of light from the heavens hit it like a spotlight. Each corner was a crispy, caramelized, pepperoni-stacked throne of joy. One bite and I ascended so fast I think I hit my head on the astral plane.

One bite in and my soul left my body, hovered above the table, and whispered, “You’ve wasted years on inferior pizza.” The pepperoni was stacked like it was trying to financially support me. The cheese pull was longer than my attention span. The caramelized edges? ILLEGAL. Like actually shouldn’t be allowed without a permit.

Then I tried the ranch. That ranch is not ranch — it’s liquid encouragement. It healed emotional wounds I forgot I had. And the garlic butter sauce? I’m convinced it could fix a broken marriage.

The staff handed me my pizza with the confidence of people who knew they were handing over pure happiness in a box. And they were right.

If you haven’t tried Jet’s Peoria yet, stop whatever you’re doing — quit your job if you have to — and go get that 8 Corner Ultimate Pepperoni. You deserve this level of chaos and joy. Cherish this place. Protect it. Name it in your will. Because some of us aren’t blessed like you.“

“New to the area and looking for a place that served sours. This place is 10 minutes from my house. They had just opened so only a few other people. Kind of a small, tucked in place. Pinball machines and other games. I wondered about the empty parking garage lot but there's more parking in the back. Staff was super nice and helpful. I got a great sour and when I told them it was the reason I came, they gave me a sample of another. They said they change the drinks out about every 2 weeks. Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger that I did not expect much more than average bar food out of but it was huge and delicious. One of the best I've had in a while. I may become a regular.“

The dining room is perfectly sized for smaller groups but they can accommodate larger groups. The outdoor patio area is perfect for the warmer weather as well. Will be coming back soon!“

“I’m no stranger to Torchy’s (discovered it in Houston right before I moved to the valley almost ten years ago), so I was excited to see it make its way out west. The food was great, but beyond that the staff was friendly and very kind. My partner forgot to nix an ingredient on his tacos (which was our fault) and the server offered to remake the tacos. The manager, Nic, built some rapport with us and noticed our chips were pretty small pieces for much of the tray, and offered to bring us new ones, which was completely unexpected. Nic was also all over the place — from bussing tables, to behind the bar or register, an then in and out of the kitchen, and he still found time to talk to us and make sure our experience was exemplary. We’ll definitely be back, but probably choose this location over the central Phoenix one because of this experience. Thanks again, Nic and staff!“
