“Absolutely loved Tropical Sno! 🍧 Everything was so delicious, and we loved that there were so many options that everyone in our group was able to pick something that became their favorite.

The staff was incredibly friendly and awesome, and the shop has such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend getting your Hawaiian-style Tropical Snow with the ice cream added it was SO good! 😋 We also loved that they carry Thrifty ice cream flavors. Some of us went with the Thrifty ice cream, while others enjoyed the Hawaiian ice, so there really was something for everyone.

They have plenty of room to sit inside and enjoy your treat, or you can take advantage of the convenient drive-through.

My brother in-laws cappuccino crunch shake was very good. My only small complaint is I wish the bowls were wider so that the toppings didn't spill all over the place. 10/28/24You know every time I come to the store it's welcoming it's it's amazing. Today I watch the owner put three 5 gallon jugs into a lady's vehicle for her. And then they started talking like they were old friends. And today he was explaining to me I'm what it takes to make purified water the amount of water it takes to me purified water. I drive miles out of my way to go to this water and ice store because of how friendly and how courteous and how kind they are. It reminds you of a convenience store from back in the '30s.... Need I say more“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“Fun soft served ice cream flavors (ube if you haven’t tried it) and cute taiyaki fish (think Belgian waffle-ish). If the fish is freshly made, it has a nice slightly crispy exterior and warm soft inside. There’s hollow space for filling and ice cream. The challenge is that it will make your soft serve melt crazy fast! (Hence, best to get the upside down version so you have a cup … same price.)

Mine was the upside down, ube, custard filling, and fruity pebbles as a topping. While not cheap, it was really cute, check my ice cream craving, and the service was great. (Very helpful and friendly)
