“We just moved out to the area and the name caught us. The take out was quick. Zero hassles. Food was incredible. Will be a staple when we eat out. It was incredible. Chicken Masala was very good, although it had more of a sweet base than tasting the wine. Chicken Parm was great. Spaghetti and meatballs were very good. My daughter even loved the chicken tenders. Fries were VERY good. Bread was amazingly fresh. HIGH PRAISE TWISTED ITALIAN.“

“A few months ago, I ordered delivery from this location and I was mistakenly given the wrong order. This location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix this. By the time I noticed and gave them a call, an Olive Garden employee was already at my house with my correct order and told me to keep the incorrect one. They had already noticed the mistake a proactively fixed it. I love Olive Garden and this is a great one. Thank you!“

“This is my husband's favorite Italian restaurant...we decided to go to dinner tonight on Father's day. He's a fur dad...so it was just the two of us. When we walked in the lady, I don't know her name...I think she one of the owners...asked if we had a reservation. I said, No...I didn't even think about a reservation for today...but she fit us in and we had a wonderful dinner with great food, ice tea and service. THANK YOU PORTOFINO for fitting us in. It waa all delicious...I forgot to take a picture of our fried zucchini...very good too.“

“Assolutamente fantastico!! Never has there been an Italian restaurant that offered so many wonderful choices for just about any diet. Are you kidding me? Zoodles? Spaghetti Squash? This is also one of the few places left that still have angel hair pasta and they use deliciously perfect Roma tomatoes. No sugar added tomato sauce AND everything made in-house? Wow...that's about all I can say about this wonderful gem in the desert. Everything had taste bud pleasing flavor, portion sizes are perfect and at a very decent price. Not to mention service was perfect, immediate and very accommodating. Whether this was a lucky night for us, or the usual for this wonderful place, they have new fans that will back for more. There is a ton of variety to the menu which requires more visits to experience. Don't pass this place up! The only suggestion is the artichoke leaves could be a little more tender using the baby leaves only, however, they are delicious and worth a try.“

“We had a surprise birthday dinner party for my husband and everything was terrific! Our server, Gina, handled about 25 people with efficiency, humor and grace. We all ordered off the menu and our meals were served promptly, hot and De-Lish! I would not hesitate to book my next party or just dinner at Lou's. By the way, I ordered the meatloaf special and it was perfect. Hubby had the fetticine with shrimp and loved it! Salads were fresh and crisp.“

This time we came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we were greeted by our server, Kiah. Best server ever! She was so attentive, very friendly, very professional, and really added to our experience. “I've been here a few times now. Overall, I don't love it but I do like it and will keep occasionally going. Costs decent money, sometimes have to wait for no obvious reason, and I don't know what the system is but EVERY time I've been there the staff seemed confused. The 1st couple times no one knew whether we were being served or not, the last couple times it took fewer people to determine whether we were being served or not. But the food is good (I say as a non-Italian), and they've been nice. The last 2 times I remember going I got a calzone which was fairly big and good and had a decent amount of filling and was not doughy and an eggplant parmesan that I wish had a less minuscule piece of eggplant (or 2) but tasted really good. My friend got the Valducci (I think it was) twice and one of those times O M G it was a garlic farm, it overpowered the smell of my food from across the table. It was actually befitting of the stereotypes of French people. When Sharpe said to let them get close and hold your fire until you can smell the garlic (at distance on a battlefield over the burnt powder smoke in the air) he meant something like that dish. WOOOO!“

Update: I placed a to go order the other day. I order the Mexican pizza which comes with pepperoni, sausage, jalapenos and chile pepper flakes and I also got a Philly cheese steak sandwich which comes with fries. Both were awesome!!“

“We’ve been going to Napoleon‘s for over 30 years and never a disappoint. The pizza is amazing. The calzones are really really good. Great service. The men are absolutely angels. I recommend this place to anybody. This place is amazing. The pizza is out of this world in the wings the wings are so good that my husband‘s favorite everywhere for his birthday Pizza and wings. Great job guys keep it coming.“

“I did not eat inside but where i do order online I am always given quick and convenient service. I’ve gotten the Chicago deep dish many times but this most recent visit was by far the best. They had put light sauce as I ordered and the seasoning they used to top the pizza was a 10/10 it tasted so much better than every other time I’ve ordered the same pizza.I would definitely get it again.“

“This is not commentary on the food itself, but an issue that customers need to be aware of when ordering delivery. Many restaurants are doing this, and this is yet another...do NOT try to tip the delivery driver through them. They subcontract the services of people like Door Dash, and when a tip is added to the order the delivery driver will never see a dime. The restaurant KEEPS those tips. I always tip in cash myself, because multiple restaurant chains are doing this to drivers that end up making as low as $2.50 in TOTAL for bringing even a large entire catering order to someone. This exact scenario occurred with an order from this location.“

“First timer here !! My family and I just picked up our first order. and it was so delicious!!! The pizza was perfect, my family liked the bacon pizza the most but I enjoyed the pepperoni.
