“First of all, just walking into the place, it’s clean, tables were ready for people to eat on, showing menu of display food orders is a big plus, but most of all, food was delicious, I recommend people to eat here, favorite is the 2 tacos with ramen and birria, the nachos to start is really great too.

Everything was delicious, so I ordered two more empanadas with different meats to-go just so I could try them later.
Make sure to try their garlic sauce as well, it’s an amazing touch on top of an already amazing dish.“

“This place is adorable and the staff was so sweet with excellent service. My husband and I had the carnitas tortas and my daughter got a gigantic bean and cheese burrito. Our tortas were delicious and we will definitely be coming back to enjoy the other meat options. Our daughter's burrito had the freshest tortilla so I assume other burrito flavors would be fire. The atmosphere is perfect and very clean. We had food and drinks for 3 for around 27 bucks. The service is definitely worthy of a tip.“

Big portions. Chips and salsa are great. Happy hour food is really good. Normal hour food is also very good. I don’t think you can go wrong if you have a serious appetite. 4 solid stars because there is one Mexican restaurant in the valley that is outstanding but this butts up against my favorite. Probably one of the only restaurants with a wait on Friday / Saturday nights“

“I've been eating at Edpo's since a friend turned me onto them in 2016. Sadly, I took 6 coworkers a few weeks ago for taco Tuesday; after I had talked it up. We each had 3 margaritas and food. We feel the margaritas were lacking alcohol, and the food was so so. Unfortunately, since they've grown more in popularity; I think the the food has slipped and Espo's may have chosen to lessen the alcohol content in the margaritas. Not sure I'll be back. Feeling bummed“

“I had the fajitas, and of course, the chips and salsa. Everything is made from scratch there, and you can really tell. Absolutely delicious! I tried the green salsa just to test it out. I’m not normally a green salsa guy, so expectations were low. I could not stop eating the green salsa after I tried it. The chips, fajitas, tortillas…were all delicious. After our awesome waitress Ebony told us how much she loves the rice and beans, I tasted them and understood why. The refried beans are the best I have EVER had. 10 out of 10 place to eat. Everyone was helping each other, and smiling. Friendly staff and great “chill” music. People seem to enjoy working there, and it shows.“

The only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because the chairs aren't comfy, especially for a plus sized individual. The booths are small and hard to even get in if you're not a child.
