“So after reading other recent reviews about poor service, we were hesitant to visit. Im glad we did. First we placed our name on the list via the website but didn't get a confirmation text, so we didn't know if we were actually on the list untill we got a text saying we missed our table. We arrived and there was about 10 people waiting. The hostess found our name even though we were late and seated us with no waiting (going good so far) we had to wait all of two or three minutes for our server to arrive, had our drinks within five minutes of walking through the door. Carlos our server was on point the entire time and he had several other tables and one large group to attend to. He was fantastic and attentive the entire time we were there. The food was served in order and timed perfectly. The quality was very good and everything was cooked to order. We will definitely be back. Carlos, thanks for providing a great experience.“

“The food and drink were outstanding. They were pretty busy, so our service was good, but not great. It would be nice if you could provide less food and lower the price. I had the meatloaf which was extremely good, however it was definitely two meals.“

“Hello, We are visiting from NC and we are celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary. Arrowhead Grill made our experience really special and truly thankful for the excellent service and atmosphere!! Our server Megan (along with assistant and alternate server) was very attentive and when we walked to our table I noticed the red flower petals which was really lovely. Thank you so much the food was amazing, this place will always be our annual visit when coming to AZ. My favorite and will never change is the Chilean seabass..hats of to the chef!! It was the best we have ever eaten.the service was the best they made us feel like it was the best anniversary of our life .we appreciate the awsome service we received. “My family and I like to eat at Brazilian Steakhouses when we travel. How can you not like an all you can eat meat menu with table side service? On our last trip to Arizona we were looking for options and found Serra Gaucha just a few minutes down the road. We had never been to this particular restaurant before and even though it was unfamiliar, we decided to give it a shot. We were not disappointed.

Most Brazilian steakhouses do very well with all of their cuts of meat, but we have found some to serve pork and chicken very dry. This particular steakhouse did an absolutely wonderful job with these two cuts of meat. The bacon wrapped portions were very juicy, and the flavor was fantastic and the chicken that came with the Parmesan was equally as juicy and delicious.

The service was great and the anti-pasta bar was what you would expect from a Brazilian steakhouse. Be sure to try their version of an Arnold Palmer, which is lemonade and tea mixed together, with just a slight twist. We found that Brazilian steakhouses don’t do lemonade, but they do limeade and tea so my son and I have affectionately called this drink the Gregg Palmer.

Overall, this was a great experience and if we visit the area again, we will be back.“
