I drove 10 miles to deliver fresh cinnamon rolls to my family. They opened at 7 and I was there a few minutes after.
To our disappointment they were from the night before. Now I understand why once a great franchise Cinnabon is doing so poorly.
I was truly embarrassed watching my grand children trying to enjoy the rolls. Even putting them in the microwave did not help them. $33.00 dollars for what...., day old dough
Smells amazing every time I walk into the store. The Cinnabon’s draw me in EVERYTIME!
First time in 18 years to eat at a Schlotzsky’s Deli because we are now gluten free. Came into the Tempe, AZ location on Sunday afternoon. Seth was working the order counter and greeted us promptly and friendly. He assured us that we were safe with our gluten free needs. We had a great turkey bacon sandwich. Looking forward to coming back soon. Great job Seth, keep up the positive spirit snd thank you Schlotzsky’s for providing gluten free options.
