“Took my friend for her bday. I reserved patio seating and was not given patio seating. Also told the host it was her bday so they could sing happy birthday. The waiter didn't make it a surprise and asked my friend what flavor she would like her birthday gelato, when I already told the host what flavor. Other than that it's super cute, food was good and waiter was nice.“

“The food was amazing. I was taken aback by a $15 price tag for the garlic bread, but it was worth the price. Our table was still talking about it even after the rest of the amazing food. The entree prices were very reasonable, most of them $21-$29 each. I ordered the baked canneloni and it was so good. Someone ordered a pizza and loved it, too. I know it's conceited to say--but many times I eat at a restaurant thinking my own cooking is just as good. Not at The Sicilian Butcher--I couldn't begin to replicate the delicious food we ate.“

“It was and usually is busy here. The wait time was to be 30-40 minutes, but, only had to wait about 10 minutes and it was Veterans Day, which they honor Veterans with a free meal. We had, wife and I, a good meal and experience. We go here several times throughout the year, every time has been great. Thanks Olive Garden.“

“I was really happy with my time at the pasta factory. Daniella was an excellent waitress, real sweet and attentive. The food was fantastic we ordered the Penne Arrabbita with Sausage which was delicious and nicely spicy. As well as the Florentine which had a complex combination of subtle flavors that overall led to a very tasty meal. The bread and dip they provided before the meal was fantastic very fresh and combined well.. The restruant itself has a solid Italian vibe that you wouldn't find at a place like Olive Garden. I will definitely be visiting again!“

Highly recommend Ben as a server here. He listened to all the details, so willing to fix the small mix up on the steak (he noticed himself, we didn't need to say anything ) .

“My husband & I have been to Olive Garden Glendale many times in the past and always enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and the employees. This time we came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we were greeted by our server, Kiah. Best server ever! She was so attentive, very friendly, very professional, and really added to our experience. We laughed together - but she was also respectful of our celebration, and gave my husband & I space to enjoy the food and each other. Next time we come, we will certainly ask to be seated in her area. At the end of our meal, DJ, the General Manager, came by our table to make sure that we enjoyed the food. We sure did - but we also raved about Kiah. DJ was wonderful!, very friendly and appreciative. Thank you Kiah and DJ - you made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend Olive Garden Glendale. When you arrive, ask for Kiah! She will make certain that your experience is awesome.“

I called to ask multiple questions as my Fiance and I are considering Babbos for our wedding catering. She took my number down to give to the catering manager since they were not in when I called and I wanted to come in for a tasting. She also thouroughly answered any questions I had for the dine in menu in case we wanted to go in tonight. She was so polite, even helping me navigate their website over the phone. Michaela was very professional and kind. Thank you so much!! This staff member deserves to be recognized. I cannot tell you how many times I have had bad customer service experiences where the representative/staff seemed annoyed or bothered when you ask for help. This call made me excited to come in!!!“

We went to Italy last summer and obviously nothing compares to the freshness in Italia, however, I can say that everything everyone at my table has had has been enjoyed immensely, twice. “We live nearby, so we go to Barro's on McDowell in Goodyear quite often. Both, my husband and I love their pizza, and I usually order wings . I can't consume a full order of wings, so I take the rest home. Lately the wings have been VERY dry . They are NOT as good as they used to be. Are they pre-cooked nowadays ? They taste even worse the next day when I try to reheat them (not in the microwave). :(“

I have placed over 86 orders here and I still have ZERO REWARD POINTS yes a big fat 0 you would think after 86 orders over $30 dollars each time I should be entitled to something but the managers there weren’t willing to help me out she said she couldn’t add a credit in the system but I was told last week that Cassie will be back from vacation and she will add the credit so when the bartender told me I had a credit I was like cool so I go back today and gone .Every time I have issues here things go great after I complain and now it’s like all new people there I tried to use my free 12 inch pizza coupon and the guy told me that’s only good at lunch time ???? “Pizza is a little on the thick side. Gotta ask for them to do it crispy! Comes out really amazing. Definitely has a New York taste. The wings were spicy and delicious. The combo is 16inch cheese pizza and 24 wings for 35. You can’t beat that. Plenty of food items here to try. Pasta, soup, salad, sandwiches, pizza, desserts, etc. we eat here often!“

“We decided to stop in this week because my husband was craving a good salad. We decided to also order some pizza. It was an odd time between lunch and dinner so they were pretty empty. We were seated right away. Our drink orders taken and we were given a few moments to look over the menu. They brought out some complimentary bread as well. Everything came out fairly quick and looked amazing. The salad was fresh and pizza crispy. Everything was very good. Vibe is your typically pizza place, nothing fancy.“
