Good spicy 🌶 food . It is fast
The food is fine no quality issues here for me. Its just WHEN you get the food. I like to order ahead to pickup quickly because I only get so much time for my lunch breaks. The drive through pickup should be fast but it just isnt when there is only 1 person working the front and back. It completely defeats the purpose of saving me time when it took me 20 minutes to pickup my bowl anyways. Thats like half my lunch breaks wasted in line. Management provides excellent customer service. I had a problem with my digital gift card. She tried her best to make it work, then she overrode it and found a way for it to work out. Great customer service and great food! The cashier was great as well, and it was UofA grad night, and still all staff were smiling and great. The staff and restaurant were clean.
