The food is great. I always get the same thing. My son gets another same thing. (I get the pho large with brisket, tendon and veggies; he gets the bun with pork, or the special, bun with small pho with steak.) One day I will order something different but I could eat this 100 more times and not be tired of it. Extraordinarily good every time. Beat pho in Tucson. But after calling to politely ask for them to make a note of which order is vegan/vegetarian so my wifey doesn't beat me (stay at home hubby), they gladly agree "absolutely sir, our pleasure, will make note, thank you". Now im waiting for her to come home after going in at 9 am and returning at 8:30 pm. Vegetarian options: They have it but they won't mark it
