“My husband was having low sugar and needed protein immediately. We found him a seat. Barista listened to my panic requests for food and water, took my order and delivered in light speed. He loved the little sandwich and wanted another! ?

“This is more of a general complaint/question. Why do the long straws always crack? Every time I get my drink I need to get two straws because they always crack. It’s been happening within the last 6 months-1 year. Have they changed the type of straws they have?“

“I stopped in to get a coffee for tomorrow morning, which will be an early day with no time to stop for coffee. The barista was preparing to close for the evening when I arrived, so I was happy to get service. I tried a new drink, and I'm excited to try it tomorrow! ?“

“This location is great. I go several times a week recently and the employees are always super nice and helpful. It's always clean, even the restrooms. The cafe area is small but I like the setup and there are several tables with outlets nearby, plus a bar spot at the window.“

“I typically don’t like going to Starbucks within grocery stores, but it couldn’t be avoided, I needed a coffee and was running short on time and this location was convenient. The space was updated, but cluttered with product, looked like maybe they didn’t have space to put stuff away? So this had me a little concerned. But my concern quickly dissipated with the friendliness of the sole Barista that was working. They not only were very friendly and welcoming, but they made me a great tasting drink and got my egg bites made quickly. There also was what appeared to me to be a fry’s store dept supervisor that was helping put inventory away and set up displays, and they were also super nice. I’d give this location my business again.“

“We were here to meet people for the first time. I didn't order food, but my new friends ordered drinks, which they thoroughly enjoyed, a fruit drink and an iced coffee. We pulled two tables together. Traffic was light, but constant. Well located at an intersection. Plenty of parking. Get a wheelchair over the curb and you can get inside. Not too noisy, we had a nice get together.“

“The seating inside is limited but they have more outdoor tables. There was a 5 minute delay in ordering as they were busy filling other orders. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a view of the mountains. It's a popular place.

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots, including handicap. It is wheelchair accessible.

“This little kiosk is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Aubri and Esther in the mornings are always so friendly and lively with the quickest service too. They're the only ones I trust to make my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso right and they never disappoint. They've ruined me for any other Starbucks!“

“The food and service has always been good every time I go to this location, they are always friendly enough, but still move everyone along smoothly. My only complaint is that everything is way too small and expensive for the quality of ingredients. I work, just like these people , for a living and it's insulting to give me an item that is 80percent water and 20percentsugar and your business won't even serve a reasonably sized portion for the price. What I can make at home for the same quality and effort and price is much more worth it.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks ever! The baristas are all very nice and super helpful when it comes to questions about drinks. On my most recent trip, the barista at the drive thru window helped me figure out my new matcha latte order with the change of matcha powder used. He had me tey my drink before I left to make sure it was great, and it was PERFECT! Updated to say that this is seriously the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Just look at my video clip! 🥹“

“I always enjoy going to this location as it is right off the freeway. Their drinks can be a hit or miss weather it is made right the first time, but 80% of the time it's made well.They are extremely understanding and helpful when you need your drink remade. Their costumer service is always great. Especially the guy who takes orders in the morning. His energy is infectious.“

“This is by far my favorite Starbucks ever! The atmosphere was great, all the employees had such a nice vibe, even though there were SLAMMED. I was there from 8:40am to almost noon working on something and everyone that worked there was so positive about how they survived the morning rush and it was amazing to see great workers. My drink was delicious, it was a little bit of a wait since it was the morning rush but well worth it! It was a very peaceful ambiance as well once the morning rush ended. Bathrooms were very clean. I will be going back!“

I wish they would put the syrups out in the public usage area instead of having to say how many, because this being Forrest to its hard to say if I need more, especially once I'm halfway back to the hotel. “The address of this Starbucks is 2807 N Campbell !!!

Someone apparently suggested changing the address from 2807 to 2350 N Campbell Avenue, which is the address of a different Starbucks. If you send a mobile order to 2350, don't come to this store for pickup, as it won't be here. Currently, the Campbell & Glenn and Campbell & Grant stores have the same address on Google Maps.

A Google Maps screenshot and a Starbucks Mobile App screenshot show the address discrepancy. The store 6.7 miles from my location is 2807 N Campbell, and the store 7.0 miles away is 2350 N Campbell. Google Maps indicates they are the same address which is not correct.“

“My favorite Starbucks I’ve been to! This is my go to Starbucks location when visiting Tuscon. The employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service! The prices are very reasonable as well ; I was able to get 12 uses out of my $25 gift card. My most recent purchase was today, and I purchased the been there series mug. My favorite drinks there are the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, the cafe americano, expresso, and the banana bread. I’d like to recognize Damaris for her exceptional customer service today! I’ll definitely be back at this location in the future.

“I have ordered sweet cream cold brew many times. They have never made it correctly. They throw in sweet cream first (always too much) the pour cold brew on top. Doesn’t look like photo. Pour cold brew then drizzle semi whipped sweet cream over back of spoon so it tops coffee. Please make it right. You are wrecking a good product.“

“I didnt really get food but I did request a special coffee. They did it perfect! When Ive requested in the past the order was bad and they couldnt correct it. Cross contamination. “I had an amazing experience at the Starbucks this location on my first visit. Even though there was a small mix-up with my order, the young man (didn’t catch his name) working handled it with such professionalism. On top of correcting my order, he went above and beyond to make things right. I was truly in awe by his genuine kindness. The managers at this location really did a great job with training employees because all of the employees here are great. Customer service at Starbucks everywhere else is usually a hit or miss, mostly miss, but this Arizona Pavillions Rd. location has always been amazing! Because of that I always go to this location now.“

“The people who work here are always friendly. The place is usually very clean. The drinks are Yummy and if I have a special request they always do their best to accommodate my orders. There is also outdoor seating, which I enjoy. It's a good place for me to get away and write, sketch or work on my jewelry designs. It is also in a good location.“

“Great place! Clean, quiet and the employees are all very nice. The reason for 4 stars is the drive thru ordering is extremely hard to hear the person speak and you have to almost yell your order. It’s because the place to order is next to the very busy Kolb road and traffic is heavy most of the time. Starbucks either needs to put up a section of wall/fence to block some of the traffic noise or extend the microphone/speaker out.
Update- I took the response from the owner and contact Starbucks with my complaint about the drive thru noise, so lets see what Starbucks does with it.“
