“This Starbucks is wonderful!. I ordered water as I just needed to charge my phone. The staff here wasn't judgemental at all as I am a homeless man I get lots of "get lost you bum" attitude. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone!

Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces and there are plenty of handicap spaces as well!“

“It is one of the friendliest and most efficient Starbucks locations I've visited in the world. I had a backpack that I was carrying due to travel, and the barista not only held the door for me, but she handed my drink to me by walking over. I've noticed in the short time I’ve been here over 3 trips that they get to know the names of locals and also personally walk over with items. They're always smiling. I'm jealous of locals.“

“The seating inside is limited but they have more outdoor tables. There was a 5 minute delay in ordering as they were busy filling other orders. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a view of the mountains. It's a popular place.

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots, including handicap. It is wheelchair accessible.

“I have ordered sweet cream cold brew many times. They have never made it correctly. They throw in sweet cream first (always too much) the pour cold brew on top. Doesn’t look like photo. Pour cold brew then drizzle semi whipped sweet cream over back of spoon so it tops coffee. Please make it right. You are wrecking a good product.“

“Good and fast service. Nothing against this particular store, but I feel the company needs a revamp on their selections. I know there are plenty to choose from and that's great but it seems like they are holding onto their seasonal drinks and making them permanent but nothing new or exciting to replace them. Also, I would like to see a GF sandwich come back again.

“This used to be my "happy place" I'd go to on days where my depression was really bad (basically every day now) but I don't feel comfortable here anymore. “This is my favorite Starbucks ever! The baristas are all very nice and super helpful when it comes to questions about drinks. On my most recent trip, the barista at the drive thru window helped me figure out my new matcha latte order with the change of matcha powder used. He had me tey my drink before I left to make sure it was great, and it was PERFECT! Updated to say that this is seriously the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Just look at my video clip! 🥹“

“Very strong coffee. Almost too strong for my system. I wish they would put the syrups out in the public usage area instead of having to say how many, because this being Forrest to its hard to say if I need more, especially once I'm halfway back to the hotel. “I LOVE all the girls at this Starbucks! Journey is the best she is so friendly,anytime I come in with my 3yr old she pretends to be spiderman. “I stopped in to get a coffee for tomorrow morning, which will be an early day with no time to stop for coffee. The barista was preparing to close for the evening when I arrived, so I was happy to get service. I tried a new drink, and I'm excited to try it tomorrow! ?“

“I didnt really get food but I did request a special coffee. They did it perfect! When Ive requested in the past the order was bad and they couldnt correct it. Cross contamination. This location followed my request perfectly. No wait in line either. Order in front of me, and mine were quick. Staff were neat, clean and friendly also.“

“I visited this site several times between a Wednesday through Sunday including peak times in the morning. I was impressed by this smaller location that seems to out-perform much larger locations. The large volume of cars was concerning when i got in line, but I was through in under 4 minutes. The english muffin was light and fluffy compared to the usual dense ones at other sites. The staff, even though busy, was friendly every time. The drinks were made correctly every time. This was a welcome change from other locations hit-and-miss service. Keep this staff, a very well oiled machine. I look forward to returning here“

“I typically don’t like going to Starbucks within grocery stores, but it couldn’t be avoided, I needed a coffee and was running short on time and this location was convenient. The space was updated, but cluttered with product, looked like maybe they didn’t have space to put stuff away? So this had me a little concerned. But my concern quickly dissipated with the friendliness of the sole Barista that was working. They not only were very friendly and welcoming, but they made me a great tasting drink and got my egg bites made quickly. There also was what appeared to me to be a fry’s store dept supervisor that was helping put inventory away and set up displays, and they were also super nice. I’d give this location my business again.“

I usually order a frappuccino but when they are out, the barista offers similar items and is so kind. 4 star environment because when I went last time there was a lady who was screaming at the poor employee taking her order because they were out of something. The prices are very reasonable as well ; I was able to get 12 uses out of my $25 gift card. My most recent purchase was today, and I purchased the been there series mug. “We were in this location this morning and had a very positive experience with Desi, the gal who took our order. Great personality. I observed her waiting on subsequent customers with the same smile, eye contact, and efficiency. They’re Starbucks is lucky to have such a positive person as a “
