Food is excellent and the service is PHENOMENAL they hear out all requests and genuinely try their best to make your night excellent. Shout out to Shane my server he was amazing he went above and beyond to make my night, we went out if his way to find my favorite drink and I appreciate his kind and polite demeanor as well as his willingness to converse when we felt chatty, the best server I've ever had the pleasure meeting“

“My waitress was hands down amazing. I would have given 5 stars across the board if it wasn't for the manager. I honestly have to say the manager on shift who decided to but right in front of our waitress and take our order and make aggressive suggestions and make us feel awkward. It wasn't busy at the time we entered. The waitress was just about to get to us, noticing we were ready before she felt the need to attempt. You should be leaving the service to your waitresses. Help the expo deliver the food and do table touches, not take an order that wasn't necessary. Your waitress was quite capable, and we enjoyed her service better than yours.... no offense, but do your job and leave her to yours.
I'm glad the waitress was able to change your pushed suggestion and get us what we originally wanted to order. The waitress was amazing. The lady on management wasn't. You seem to lack a customer service side of friendliness, surprised you're a manager.

“Food felt fresh and delicious. It was affordable, they had regular samosas for 1.25 $ each and it was delicious, perfectly crunchy exterior and perfectly spiced potato mixture.

It is seemed like a snack take out place.

“This has got to be the best Ricky's location to try out in the Lower Mainland! I would also like to commend the server Ashley!🙂 She was friendly, personable, and did not give off any impression that it was a chore to be working there. The thing about this location is it has kept a lot of their old menu options from when it was ABC Country Restaurant. I don't know of any other Ricky's that has done that. The dessert menu is especially attractive!“

“We went here for a birthday with family. The food was good. Nothing extraordinary, but very tasty and ample enough to be shared. The service we had though was exceptional! I wish I could post the young lady's name but I don't recall it. We had a toddler and 6 adults in our party. Our server was bubbly and friendly, very attentive, extremely helpful and was quick to anticipate our needs! She was an outstanding credit to the establishment! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻“

“Service was excellent, atmosphere was great, food was good; overall a very nice night out. We left full and happy; will return again.

We went on a Wednesday which is their Wings night and arrived for dinner time. Signs say seat yourself anywhere and we found a spot further back in the restaurant and were greeted within a few minutes.

Drinks and refreshments arrived within a few minutes of ordering them and beer was ice cold. Selection of beer was good and plenty of flavours to choose from for wings. We enjoyed the ancho chipotle and lemon pepper versions especially. Other old favs: honey garlic, teriyaki, bbq, hot, salt and pepper were good too.

This sports bar themed restaurant is open for minors as well. Plentiful hourly parking available in parkade below restaurant - you don’t need to cram with everyone else in the surface parking area which is 15mins only.

When we visited, the upstairs level and associated patio wasn’t available (Mid June).“
