I was so appreciative of him going out of his way to make a fresh batch cookies for me and the usual barista also told me he was able to bake some for me while she was on her break. Definitely one of the kindest things anyone has done.“

Unfortunately the last two days didn't meet the expectations. There was a different barista on the weekend and the difference was taste-able. Otherwise great location with awesome snacks.“

“During a stint when the ultra fabulous, Denise's Fine Tea, 100% organic, Quangzhou milky oolong tea was not available via Amazon, rather than go without, I opted to order directly from West End Roasters. Little did I know just how long and involved that endeavor would end up being because of customs requirements and documentation! But, I have to say how impressed I was with how each request that I made - and there were several - was handled. Kudos for 5-star+ customer service - always timely responses, always thorough, and most of all, always understanding and helpful. “A cute cafe tucked in the Vancouver Public Library building, accessible from the outside on the south area of the block. It had cute little Christmas decorations, nothing overbearing, and has nice little tables and also an outdoor patio. Some merchandise is also for sale if you like to look. I had great service at the counter from the friendly staff. Sipped on a chai latte that was presented beautifully and a vegan wrap with plenty of flavor and grilled just right, served cut in half. Bill was high but expected for a downtown establishment and consistent with the quality I received!“

“Timbertrain Coffee is right next to Porchlight Press where we bought unique letterpress booklets and cards where we were doing last minute shopping. We were so hungry it was necessary to stop.As shown on the menu, there were no vegan lunch items, so I was stuck with smoked chicken and pear sandwich with no way of removing the egg-based mayo. Oh well, time for some B12 food. The sandwich was properly heated, with the inside impressively heated, and the outside crunchy. The pear was a pleasant touch. The coffees were well made and micro-foam just fine. We've had coffee here previously, but I didn't realize that there are tables behind the coffee bar. The space inside was industrial, bare but honestly pleasant. Quiet too because the tables were not full, only one person seemed to be camped there with a laptop. We find this location more pleasant than the Timbertrain in Gastown.“

“Such a lovely cozy place with warm and friendly staff. Location was very convenient in the Park and Telford shopping square with plenty free parking. Inside, decorated warm and natural with chairs, high chairs, sofa chairs. There was a semi-private room and an outside patio face to Park and Telford garden. Our latte was served in a nicely art and in a mug. Matcha cookie was well balanced in suger and nuts. There was some cold sandwiches, juices and water as well as donuts as well.“

“The vibe here is really nice. It's located in a small cozy place, and the store has a raw wood feel to it.

I've never had JJ Bean before, and I came in looking for a quick snack to enjoy by the beach.

The maple pecan cookie was scrumptious.

Soft cookie with hints of smoky maple and the crunch from the pecan in every bite are stunning. I would come here for the cookie alone.

Service was quick and friendly.

Again, I liked the atmosphere because of its natural feeling.

“Outpost is a great little coffee spot in Port Moody with a clean, modern vibe. The space feels bright and welcoming, and it’s a nice place to sit down, relax, or get a bit of work done. The coffee is well made and consistently good, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality you get.

Service was friendly and efficient, even when it was a bit busy. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that seating can feel limited during peak hours. Overall, a solid neighborhood café that I’d happily visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐“
