“Spent a few hours in the Crystal Mall on a Wednesday, and was so disappointed to see that Shanghai Dim Sum was closed for the day, my favorite XLB shop.Oh well, we ate some other delicious things, the standout was the shengjian bao, pan fried pork buns from Shanghai Fortune Cuisine. It was lined up and everyone in the rooms seemed to be eating them.Wow, they were good. Crispy on the bottom, tender on top, full of soup and pork. Delicious. Staff is friendly too!I think I found a new favorite.“

“The best Steamed Mini Pork Buns I ever had. It’s quite a decent sized Xiao Long Bao. There’s plenty of soup inside these beautiful delicate softness, as if woven by celestial hands (auntie’s), so be extra gentle in removing them from the bamboo steamer. We ordered Combo A so it comes with Tofu Puff with Vermicelli Soup, that was also quite simple and yet delicious. We will definitely go back for more!Parking: Parking is free for the first 3 hours. Don’t go during peak time.“

“Pan-fried pork dumplings is the slim stick loosely-wrapped type instead of the fully wrapped well-sealed type, therefore, contains little to no soup. Steamed Shanghai dumplings and Pan-fried pork buns have plenty of comforting hot juices. Spicy beef noodle in soup tastes more interesting compared to Meat sauce in noodle.“

“Came here from the amazingly high google reviews and this place did not disappoint. Had their Xiao Lun Bao and Beef noodle soup. On the corner of the kitchen there's a little old lady making the baos by hand. Each were amazingly done and food came super quick after ordering. It is cash only so be prepared. Really good authentic food. Will definitely return.Parking: Parking is horrible in the parking lot. I parked on School ave near safeway and there were ample free parking. No time limit.“

“Pretty average dimsum place, the dumplings were decent and I didn’t find anything wrong with them, it’s just that we usually go to Crystal mall for our xlbs/pan fried steamed soup buns and they’re much bigger at the same/a very similar price point. Hence, we’d probably stick to Crystal Mall if we want to get our soup bun fix (if you don’t mind the crowdedness and lack of seating.)“
