For the mains, my steak was too salty, and my partner’s salmon was overcooked, so overall the taste was just average. What made the meal special, though, was spotting a bear outside, which turned it into a more memorable experience.“

“I took my girlfriend here for a romantic date and I just wanted to say how welcoming and pleasant the whole experience was. I felt like I was the King and she was my Queen in this restaurant. We ordered two drinks which were very tasty, Blueberry Lemonade and a Cranberry mocktail. For appetizers we ordered a batch of pizza twists and a caprese salad. We loved the pizza twists so much we ordered a second batch! The whole time the staff kept checking in on us and asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. My girlfriend and I are strict vegetarians, but we also don't eat eggs, fish or gelatin. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with all of our needs and provided the best service. We knew what we were ordering and if it was made without eggs. We ordered the Capricciosa pizza and requested it be without the ham. The pizza was delicious, as I'm a mushroom and artichoke lover. Thanks La Forchetta staff for making this experience a great one! I'll be sure to recommend this place for others in the future!“

“Had the famous lasagna on Nov 17 and thought it was just ok. I'm not an expert on italian food but it did taste fairly authentic. It just wasn't as remarkable as some others raved. Also had the carbonara and it was acceptable. But again, competition for authentic italian is fierce in this city.“

“An online order for some reason sent it to this location instead of one closer to me. When I called, the girl explained that the Doordash drivers were refusing to deliver it because it was a 15 min drive away (instead of 8 min). The staffer organized another driver and made a fresh pizza to deliver it. Overall it took about 3 hours total from order to arrival, but the staffer did her best to manage the situation. Big thanks to her!“

“What an unforgettable experience! Manager Bairen or Bryan (not sure if I got the name right) was amazing. He took extra steps to take care of the customers. We’ll definitely order from this place whenever we want pizza.Here is the story, I am visiting my senior parents from San Francisco. After picking up the pizza, my parents had a harder time chewing because it’s too thin and too crispy for them. Not sure what went wrong, I called Pizza Hot. The manager explained there are 3 different kinds of crusts and what my parents had before probably was hand crafted which is between the thin and pan crust. And he offered to bake a new hand crafted crust for my senior parents so they can enjoy.Really appreciate what the manager did for us!“
