“A friend and I went to buy. We got a large shaved ice to share, and two drinks. The shaved ice was not something I would get again, as the ice had no flavor, and there were still some chunks of not shaved ice. The upside was that the fruit was beautiful, ripe, and fresh. Our drinks were a were full of flavor, and beautifully made. Not a bad price, (cheaper than starbucks) but still was around $5. Overall, 4 star“

“Placed an order for 3 Taro slushies over the phone, when I got my order, I got 2 slushies and one milk tea. Seems like an honest mistake (with the weather today I figured they were super busy and it was just a miscommunication) and when I mentioned the order made over the phone, the girl at the counter (who was not the one who took the order) was very kind and apologized for the error and offered to make me a new slushie per the the original order. I didn't wait very long and got the correct item. Great customer service! :)“

“Super nice and friendly staff. Whenever I go to this cha time with my daughter in her stroller, without fail, one of the employees will open the door for me when I leave. It’s a small gesture but I can’t say enough how much I appreciate it.“

“Have been in here several times with one instance that I felt was poor customer service. All the other times, the staff were friendly. The manager reached out to me and I was satisfied with the response. The store has all the essentials and is in a convenient location.“
