“This McDonald’s location is close to my workplace, and the staff—especially those working at the drive-through—are consistently polite and provide a high level of customer service. I’ve interacted with many different employees on different days, and every experience has been positive. This consistency really reflects how well the staff are trained.“

“Im not a fan of McDonald's or Fast foods.
But, I give credit, when credit is due.
I witnessed the staff at this McDonald's, working hard to unload trucks, pack supplies and try their best to keep customers happy.
In these efforts, I appreciate their hard work, and the patience for the high demands.
I ordered chicken nuggets, coffee and dipping sauces.
Nuggets were fresh, crispy and didn't have any weird chewy or dark parts.
Coffee was Esspresso, with cream and honey, and it was actually drinkable...Unlike Tim's.
The staff were kind and apologizing for order taking longer than expected.
Overall, I like this location, staff are kind and patient.
Food was tolerable, it is McDonald's 2025, not like McDonald's 1985, which was absolutely the best fast food available back then.
Entering the parking lot can be a task in itself, due to being on a hill and only having one way to drive into the establishment, can see they're definitely losing a massive income due to this inconvenience, still, nonetheless, can see they put great effort into providing for customer satisfaction.“

“Well the food is good and the coffees are always mixed perfect. I just have an issue with the presentation. Like I know, it's McD, so what do you expect. But when I go to A&W or Triple-Os, they are quality and look picture perfect.“

“I wanted to shout out Zubai, who helped me at the drive-thru on Jan 22nd around 3:15 PM.

I’ve been to this location many times, but this was easily the best experience I’ve had here. Zubai was incredibly polite, efficient, and had a genuine, upbeat attitude that you don't often see. It’s rare to get service this sharp and friendly at a drive-thru. Management has a great asset in him and I hope he gets the credit he deserves! ✨️“

I would like to leave a genuinely positive review for this McDonald’s location (Store #14908).

This is honestly the only McDonald’s we’ve been to where the staff willingly and calmly offered to wash their hands and put on gloves before preparing our food, without any hesitation or attitude. That level of care really stood out and made a huge difference for us.

Special thanks to Sukhman and Preeti — they were kind, professional, and very attentive. You can clearly see that they truly care about hygiene and about their customers’ comfort, which is incredibly reassuring.

Because of this level of care and respect, I highly recommend this location. The way the staff treats customers here is exceptional and makes you feel genuinely valued. This experience left a very strong positive impression, and we will definitely be happy to come back.
