“We had an amazing experience at the Alpina Restaurant. The restaurant is well appointed and the view is stunning (even with some rain and clouds). The food was absolutely outstanding (especially the beet salad) and we enjoyed literally every bite. Both our servers were very good. It was fine-dining level expensive and worth every penny. Was perfect for our anniversary celebration. Definitely recommend!“

“This Pub was recommended by staff at The Hand Of Man Museum as a place to go for great local and fresh pub food. Located right on the waterfront, this is an old style open pub with great views and equally great food. We are in BC from Ontario for the winter and will be making another trip to this pub for another sampling of their menu.“

But, if I was to tell you my favourite things the first would be the “Monkey Brains” we recently tried. We’ve had this dish in other restaurants and really thought we’d found the best version elsewhere...but we were wrong! Sushi House Monkey Brains are THE best! The spicy chopped scallop roll is a must, and if you like Pho, their soups are delectable. I recently ordered take out Pho and was so impressed when I realized that the broth was very obviously homemade and it was without a doubt the best Pho I’ve ever had.
