“I’m actually in the restaurant now. We came in on a Saturday at 1.30 pm. We tried to order wine but were told wine was not available till happy hour at 2pm. I had a beer and waited. I tried at 2pm and was told I had a choice of one white or red house wine of which I had never heard of. I declined and decided I order wine at home. This is simply ridiculous. It’s a “upper” scale restaurant and I can’t see or order from a white list. Changes need to be made. The burger was excellent. My wife was also frustrated with the inability to order a glass of wine.“

“Finally a cactus with exceptional service. Shoutout to Hussain and Ryan who were great the whole night. Our reservation was late due to the previous party not leaving on time. Husain kept us updated and offered us alternatives to reduce our wait. He was a great communicator. He offered complementary appies and dessert for the inconvenience of waiting. Ryan was our server and he was on point and attentive all evening- even anticipating our requests and checking in consistently. We have been to many Cactus locations and this experience was miles above the rest. Thank you for giving our niece a wonderful birthday celebration.“

“Had a decent experience dining here last night. The menu had plenty of interesting options, making it tough to decide what to order.

We started with the Tuna Stack, which was a highlight of the meal. The mango salsa added a fresh, flavorful touch that complemented the tuna really well. We also tried the fish burger, which was decent but didn’t stand out as much as some of the other dishes.

The fries were crispy, though a bit too salty for my taste. The ribs had good flavor but were on the drier side and could have benefited from a little more sauce. For dessert, we had the peach cheesecake, which was enjoyable and a nice way to finish the meal.

Overall, a positive dining experience with some standout dishes, and I’d be interested in coming back to try more items from the menu.“
