“Recently ordered a DQ custom cake online. Unfortunately we never received an order confirmation email which I thought was odd. I explained what happened in store and the manager was very accommodating. He was able to print picture on a cake right there on the spot. Thank you so much for the great customer service!“

“While visiting Kelowna, this location of Orange Julius is a favourite of mine. I generally get the lite "strawberry and banana" drink because I don't want any extra added sugar and it's always very tasty. The staff have always seemed friendly and helpful. I like this particular Orange Julius location and I recommend it.“

“As far as an ice cream treats place goes, it's pretty good. Blizzards might be a tad overpriced in my opinion, sundaes are really good and the soft serve dipped cones are always a go-to classic.
Otherwise I wouldn't order the fries/chicken/burgers“

“The employees seem nice, but distracted and like they don’t want to be there. The food is fairly consistent with other DQs, but something about it is just not quite the same. It feels a bit sketchy with the types of people that hang around here.“
