They do it better then most pizza shops in my opinion!When we crave pizza all of us in my family choose Pizza Hut in Ladner. The prices are decent too, and it's always to catch one of their sales.“

“Great basic pasta place for casual dining with family and friends. Don't expect the best pasta you ever had, but when you're too lazy to cook and want a casual fun place to take the family, this is a great option. The prices are very reasonable considering an appetizer and ice cream is included. Even the Kids menu has the same 3 course options. Decor and furniture is dated, but it wouldn't be called an old spaghetti factory if it wasn't. Expect a 15-20min waiting during peak times.“

“I dined here for lunch a few days ago with some friends. We ordered different pasta dishes to share and we all ate the matcha tiramisu. Everything was delicious. Noodles were cooked perfectly, and all the sauces had the right amount of seasoning (nothing was lacking or overpowering the dish). The dessert was very tasty and not super sugary as other desserts can be.

Since this was during the lunch time rush, the restaurant was fully seated with people waiting for a table. The service was quick and attentive. Our water was refilled and the server made sure to check on us and how our meal was. We did not feel rushed nor ignored.

I feel the owner and the staff have corrected a lot of the concerns it seems people have had with negative reviews. This is now one of my favourite restaurants in Richmond and I will be coming back many more times.“

“I applied a coupon for a Hershey’s cookie that would come with my pizza but the coupon did not go through. Showed the staff and I obviously had a valid coupon. We’ll definitely order from this place whenever we want pizza.Here is the story, I am visiting my senior parents from San Francisco. After picking up the pizza, my parents had a harder time chewing because it’s too thin and too crispy for them. Not sure what went wrong, I called Pizza Hot. The manager explained there are 3 different kinds of crusts and what my parents had before probably was hand crafted which is between the thin and pan crust. And he offered to bake a new hand crafted crust for my senior parents so they can enjoy.Really appreciate what the manager did for us!“

“First time I had the famous Famoso Pizza and I absolutely loved it. I love the doughy yet thin crust and the chunky tomato sauce. Unlike Freshslice or Pizza Hut, I could see and taste each topping which were good. The Capriciosa was excellent with prosciutto, Kalamata olives, artichokes, basil and real mozzarella cheese. This was very well made and scrumptious! Too bad Famoso operates inside Ricky's in Ladner because it is a premium Pizza brand inside a truck stop. The service was ok, waiter wasn't attentive and didn't offer any water refills or dessert. Next time, I'm ordering a takeout.“
