“This McDonalds in Langford is great! Most of the time the staff are friendly, the food is correct as to what you've ordered and the inside typically clean! Drive thru is thorough and usually quick!Plenty of parking in this lot that is free at the time of this review, kid friendly of course and wheelchair accessible!“

“I visited the restaurant today, craving a hot sugary drink. Mackenzie, a crew trainer, provided exceptional service. When I asked for a hot caramel drink or a latte, she informed me that they don't offer those at this location. She suggested other locations, but I was too lazy to walk. Then I inquired about a cold sugary beverage, and she recommended French vanilla. As she was taking my order, she mentioned she could make a hot French vanilla drink as well. I was delighted with her suggestion and appreciated how she helped satisfy my cravings. Mackenzie is a great asset to the team, and I would love to visit again. People like her truly make customer service extraordinary.“
