“I’ve seen the team at Tim Hortons in action - fast, friendly, and always serving with a smile. I don’t visit often since it’s out of my way, but every time I do, my coffee is always made right. At other places, it’s usually a hit or miss, but here, I don’t even have to worry about it. I also know from my wife, who works there, how much effort they put into making sure every customer has a great experience. Big respect for their hard work!“

“I didn’t get their name. But I treated myself to a morning coffee this morning around 6:30 am. I was tired and was on my way to work. And the barista working had too much energy! “Finding a gluten free breakfast on the go is always difficult, but in airports it’s next to impossible. On The Fly has the most delightful gluten free spanakopitas though and I was shocked! They also have oat and almond milk for drinks and they are so kind and genuinely happy. Made for a very happy celiac :) thank you.“
“Your one stop shop for all your tea needs. Not only do they have the best quality teas, they also have delicious flavoured mixes that only use natural flavours. In my opinion this is the best tea shop in BC! (I once heard it recommended as the best tea shop ever in the airport in Vancouver.)“

“Understanding restaurant and the industry as much as I do I can see a fair standing point of only having 1 person on for slow days. However that cost vs the cost of a customer being satisfied should never be outweighed.Regardless of probably more than the countless times of being slammed with orders of drinks and food, it's quite appreciated to see that even when being overwhelmed still service is applied with smile. Kudos to all your staff. ?“
