“I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons today! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my order was served quickly. The coffee was freshly brewed and the donut was delicious — perfect for a quick break. The place felt cozy and clean, which made the visit even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back again soon!“

“There was a wasp and I pointed it out to an employee and she smiled and killed it without fear or delay. I am terrified of wasps and found this unexpected display of courage to be inspirational. 11/10 service, Fiona deserves a raise!!

“Your one stop shop for all your tea needs. Not only do they have the best quality teas, they also have delicious flavoured mixes that only use natural flavours. In my opinion this is the best tea shop in BC! (I once heard it recommended as the best tea shop ever in the airport in Vancouver.)“

“The nicest kindest place with the tastiest coffee! We ordered two coffees and a sandwich but left without the sandwich. Totally on us, we were chatting and distracted. When we went back an hour later they replaced it no questions and were so kind about it! Incredible service!“

“I got some food for delivery (pork bun, dumplings, miso soup, 2 loaves, spring roll) OMG THE HOMEMADE LOAVES ARE SO INCREDIBLY GOOD. I especially loved the lemon loaf. So so good. Honestly am definitely coming here on a regular basis. And honestly super affordable. Like I got a variety of 5 different dishes for like 25$. Considering this economy, that's pretty reasonable. Would highly recommend as a lunch spot :)“

“Finding a gluten free breakfast on the go is always difficult, but in airports it’s next to impossible. On The Fly has the most delightful gluten free spanakopitas though and I was shocked! They also have oat and almond milk for drinks and they are so kind and genuinely happy. Made for a very happy celiac :) thank you.“

“It a decent Starbucks with an amazing (manager?) she (medium height with short slicked back hair) behaved like a manager was on top of everything and doing the jobs of three people while the girl in glasses leaned on the counter staring at people and when asked to do something moved so slowly I thought she might be broken or on the spectrum. Kudos to the younger short haired woman you rocked it!! Fab coffee by the way 🥰“

“Oh my God since when does Tim Hortons still have good service and nice people behind the counter. These people who work here are super friendly unlike most Tim Hortons locations. It's obvious they're getting treated well by management. Now just pay these people a living wage and I'll be really happy.“
