“It was a wonderful experience as it always is unfortunately, we did not realize that the menu had changed and therefore it was only a brunch menu so we were a bit disappointed because we were looking forward to the mushroom ravioli, which is our favourite nonetheless breakfast. Brunch was good as usual. The staff are amazing. The ambiance is incredible. The view is stunning, even though it was pouring rain.”

“We took my parents to Butchart Gardens to enjoy their Holiday Tea. Immediately we were hospitably greeted by a gentleman offering to hang our coats and welcomed us into the dining room. Our server Lauren was most gracious and patient as she explained the menu to us. (My parents are elderly and sometimes take a little longer to do things). We were served tea and a beautiful tiered tray of sandwiches, scones and sweets. The room was extremely calm, the music added to a relaxing atmosphere. In every way, we had a most enjoyable experience at Butchart Gardens Dining Room. We will definitely visit again.”

“The chicken biryani was amazing! They do take out 15 min before close and we got some food late one night and wow we were impressed. Best biryani I’ve had in a long time with so much flavour. I got the shahi paneer and they flavour it perfectly and give huge portions with loud of paneer and rice!

This is our new go to spot. Indian food has always been a go to, even when I lived in Toronto. So impressed with the quality and taste. Cute restaurant too, I want to eat in soon. Belmont market makes it convenient. 15/10!!!!”

“I eat Steve’s Pokes at least twice a week. I have not found a better Poke bowl out there. This includes my regular business trips to Honolulu. The blend of fish, vegetables, tobiko and Ginger are a delicious and filling meal all while being good for your health.”

“HUGE RAVE!!! Wow. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Never been in this store yet. Today I had the best experience welcomed upon entry by the owner. Very very very nice man!! Explaining the homemade take home Enchiladas and other amazing looking Mexican food. (Which ones he preferred) I lost my bank card couple days ago and only had cash was a dollar short for the bill and get said no problem... Let me take the Enchiladas and the Tamale anyway. I felt bad cause I wanted to leave a tip.. I will be returning tomorrow to give the well deserved tip and the dollar I was short. Definitely will be returning to support this amazing local business!!!!”

“.🥲Normally have an ok experience. Today though had the Austin Benny andwas very disappointed. When they state porkbelly and you get shaved roast porkbelly that is not seasoned and because it is thinner than their bacon super chewy and distracts from the other flavours of the dish which are okay. If they rubbed it and braised the belly and cut proper thick slices for porkbelly it would do the oppisite and add to the dish 🥲.”

“Tried Peter’s Sushi for the first time and was really impressed! The sushi was super fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The rolls were generous in size and the fish tasted top-quality. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service was quick even during the dinner rush.
