“.🥲Normally have an ok experience. Today though had the Austin Benny andwas very disappointed. When they state porkbelly and you get shaved roast porkbelly that is not seasoned and because it is thinner than their bacon super chewy and distracts from the other flavours of the dish which are okay. If they rubbed it and braised the belly and cut proper thick slices for porkbelly it would do the oppisite and add to the dish 🥲.”

“The server was amazing, accommodating, friendly, personable, genuine, and asked all the necessary questions (allergies, spice level). I’m not sure if she was the owner but you can tell she knew her stuff. She accommodated all of our requests and made awesome recommendations. The restaurant was inviting, and had nice water and fire features. The food was top notch, and came out quickly. Before they opened for dinner, we had seen people wait outside of the restaurant to get in once they opened, which is always a good sign anywhere you go. Thanks for the amazing food, would recommend and I wish I got the servers (or owner?) name!”
