“Came in at 9:10pm on a Sunday, and Abhi was so sweet and friendly! Made me feel extremely welcome and appreciated - even tho I came in so close to closing time. I’m very much looking forward to coming back again soon ? Love this location & their awesome staff ❤️“

“The Mill Bay Mickey D's is 1 of my favorites here on Vancouver Island, their consistent high quality & freshness is great, & the drinks taste really great& special because there's no fluoride in the tap water there, so, no icky weird city water taste messing with the flavour of your choice of soda fountain drink!A strange occurrence during this particular visit though, the line up for the drive through was huge, so I parked my truck out front, went in & ordered a double cheeseburger, (with no pickles), & what I received and didn't notice till back on the highway, that I'd actually received a rather messy big Mac with what appeared to be not only extra pickles, but extremely huge amounts of "secret sauce" as well, I was completely confused & horrified, I also got a large fries that were badly undercooked, so, not so great today... Hmmm.“

“Went to Dairy Queen today to pick out an Ice Cream cake for my girlfriend’s birthday. I explored the ice cream cake cooler and was able to find a cake I liked out of the vast selection they had at the Duncan location. I went up to the till to make payment and was asked if I wanted writing on my ice cream cake. I obliged, and Marie took care of me. I left with a delicious ice cream cake, sporting a design of stunning iced calligraphy. Dairy Queen is lucky to have such a cheerful and hard working employee with a knack for customer service. I felt completely taken-care-of and will surely be treating myself with ice cream from this location in the future. Thanks Marie and the DQ team!“

“The Duncan location has made major customer service improvements. The staff is ever-so-friendly. Every child in the restaurant was given a candy sucker. There was a special needs customer who complained over the ice-coated glass mugs, and they cleaned it for her without any hassle or trouble. I just want to highlight the staff on this particular visit. They seem to be doing well after this pandemic.“
