“I strongly recommend the Milton Street Public House. This was my first visit to Nanaimo and as I pulled up to the restaurant I thought I had the wrong address. I was delighted to find that I had the correct address and this restaurant is located in a Victorian home built in 1892. The atmosphere has a really great vibe.

Our waiter (Keyin) was kind, attentive, and very helpful with helping me to decide what to order. I'm not a vegetarian but, I had the veggie flatbread (poached pear, cambozola, candied walnut, and pickled red onion) and it was delicious.

I strongly recommend the Milton Street Public House. I'll be dining here again.“

“Table we were originally sat at was high and the chairs felt like I was sitting in a bucket which made the table top at high chest level. So noisy I asked to be moved outside to the heated deck area, which was a lot quieter although chairs were still not very comfortable.“

Now...: very good food, excellent service and reasonable prices. Everybody in our rather large group was thoroughly satisfied with their meal. I will definitely be back.“
