“Had japchae, and sooda half classic, and all in all food was delish, so was ambiance and service. However they do not give you a refill on the kimchi which is the not so cool part of a Korean Restaurant. They charge 2.99 for extra side plate of kimchi. All in all good experience, will come back if I can't find another Korean Restaurant open in Gas Town.“

“We phoned yesterday, made a reservation for a birthday dinner today at 5:30 PM, confirmed verbally on the phone. We showed up at 5:30 PM and they turned us away, saying they had no reservation. We showed them the phone number that we phoned yesterday to make the reservation. The phone number was on our phone, confirming that a phone call had been made. We recounted to them the conversation, including the discussion about the fact that it was a birthday and reminded them of the discussion about having a dessert with candles. Nobody recalled the conversation and we had to leave because they were fully booked. they tried to assert that our reservation had been for the previous day and that she even recalled serving a woman yesterday with the same name, a birthday.“
“Great food and great service! It was extremely busy when we went. However, we got a seat right away without a reservation on the weekend which was a surprise for my boyfriend and I. “The private room downstairs is a great spot for group events. Not alot of hassle for the host, your guests pay a flat rate for food and space rental when you get there and then buy drinks as they wish. The team working downstairs know that they're doing, they keep track of everything so you don't have too. The food is amazing and never stopped coming, and if anyone has dietary restrictions they'll make sure they don't miss out on anything. From the time you walk in the door and go downstairs everything is simple for the host and the guests.“
“The server, Fernanda was amazing. The food was great and service was great. But most importantly, I am writing this review (my first time writing a review) because, I ordered steak and it was “too well done” for my liking but I didn’t want to complain. However, the manager was informed and he came over and personally spoke to me and assured me it’s ok to say it. He changed my steak, gave me a new great steak. On top of that, the drink was “on them”, the wings (which by the way was the best wings I’ve eaten in Canada) was “on them” and even the cheesecake was “on them”. This great act of kindness blew my mind, not because of what he (the manager) did but because he didn’t need to go that extra mile. It shows me they’re great humans with a big heart trying to make the world a better place. I’ll go there again and again and again. I recommend this place to everyone.“
“Do not be deterred by the location of this place. The decor of this restaurant is STUNNING. Some of the photos on google are not the same place. It says tandoor king cafe, must have changed so don’t be confused with the old look/name! Our table of food was gorgeously displayed right down to the cutlery. The food was amazing. I’d go here for lunch, take my family, and even encourage anyone to dress fancy and take a date here, the night lighting is nice, a special place. STUNNING restaurant and delicious! “This place didn't look like much from the outside and I had low-ish expectations. It blew those expectations out of the water... “First time going to a pub. Good and service was excellent, didn’t have to wait long for a seat or for them to take our order. We ordered the nachos and rootine. Never had kangaroo meat before but I loved it. Wish I had more room in me to eat the whole thing. The jalapeños in the nachos were so fresh juicy and crunchy. Packed a lot of heat. Salsa was very fresh as well and had great flavor. Was very loud but had a great fun. Just a lot of people enjoying themselves ?. Would 100% come back next time we’re in Vancouver again. 10/10.“
“This spot has been on my list for a long while and I was lucky to try it out with some friends! The drinks were good but not mind-blowing? I was a little surprised. We got a few snacks but none of the cooked food so I can't speak to that. It does have an intimate vibe with little tea lights and dim lighting so it's a good spot if you're looking for something like that!“

“Had my birthday dinner here with a couple buddies. Food and service were both amazing. our server Julie (I'm sorry if I'm not remembering correctly) was amazing. She was pleasant and informative and took the time to explain the menu because it was my first time there, and best of all she was attentive. She would check in every so often and was just great over all. I got the 14oz NY strip medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. I dont see why anyone would go to the keg anymore with a place like this literally across the street. 10/10“

They also do a meat draw every Saturday and they did some musical chairs while we were there if you volunteered and they were randomly handing out free merch too! We dined here for supper on June 3, 2023, and absolutely loved the atmosphere as well as the food! Waterfront dining (they provide indoor/outdoor and roof top dining), with the water and mountain views was spectacular as we watched the sunset on the water. Our server Sean was very pleasant and courteous and made our time there very enjoyable. We started with Caesars and Soughdough Baguette, and then shared a Scallop & Prawns Linguine (we have smaller appetites). Both were absolutely Amazing dishes! The surprise birthday dessert was very much appreciated and delicious! We would say the cost is average for Vancouver restaurant dining.
