“We phoned yesterday, made a reservation for a birthday dinner today at 5:30 PM, confirmed verbally on the phone. We showed up at 5:30 PM and they turned us away, saying they had no reservation. We showed them the phone number that we phoned yesterday to make the reservation. The phone number was on our phone, confirming that a phone call had been made. We recounted to them the conversation, including the discussion about the fact that it was a birthday and reminded them of the discussion about having a dessert with candles. Nobody recalled the conversation and we had to leave because they were fully booked. they tried to assert that our reservation had been for the previous day and that she even recalled serving a woman yesterday with the same name, a birthday.“

“This is the best place to go dancing in the whole city, in my opinion. Great staff, great sound, great visuals, great DJs, great rotating monthly theme nights. Nothing beats dancing on the Fox stage- just don't bring drinks up there! As if the dancing weren't enough, the live bands and comedy shows are also well worth checking out. I've been all over the city and Fox is easily the top spot, no two ways about it.“

“I went there to watch the World Cup today, and I had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and both the beer and the food were excellent. The Beef Ragu was especially memorable, it was so delicious that I'd happily come back just for that. I also really enjoyed the dark beer. As a sports pub, it had a great atmosphere, and watching the game was comfortable with excellent views of the screens. I'll definitely be back!“

“Fantastic spot for pre-show drinks and bites.

Pros: Wonderful attentive bartender even when they were short staffed, delicious pizza (we had the spicy one) and risotto (we had the zucchini one), great location right across the street from Orpheum.

Con (there’s only one!): Not enough non alcoholic options for us non-drinkers. In 2026 there are an increasing number of folks choosing non-alcoholic, and the menu had two mocktails and one mediocre 0% beer option. Might be good for this lovely little gem to offer more creative mocktails and some 0 wines. The bartender was kind enough to make me something off-menu which was pretty ok.

“From what we could tell our server was the only one working front of house and our service was still excellent and very quick. The drinks were really unique and flavorful, the spinach artichoke came with a good amount of bread (which it almost never does these days), and the dessert tasted as good as it looked. There are also lots of different types of indoor and outdoor seating options.“

“After spending 7 nights in this truly fabulous hotel, we ended our final hours in the Ginger Juice Bar, and the service of course was service at the very best, and atmosphere was relaxed and happy. This hotel is amazing ❤

Wheelchair accessibility: We are 2 adults in a wheelchair, and within our 7 nights stay never came across any problems, which added to the comfort of our stay here“
