“I was at the food court on May 8, 2025 and the older lady that cleans the tables with the brown hair and glasses loves to hit people with her cart and laugh about it.....I have seen this happen a few times by her. It was quiet in the food court so she likes to hit seniors and laugh about it and go back into the doors and hideout...they get hurt by it too.“

I had a fantastic experience at the Wendy’s in Parksville. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you'd hope for from a fast-food stop — juicy burgers, crispy fries, and that iconic Frosty to top it all off. But what really made the visit stand out was the customer service. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, even during the busy lunch rush. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were well-kept, and the service was quick and efficient.
Whether you're passing through or a local, this Wendy’s is a solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal. Five stars all around!“

“Ive had the calamari from them countless times, but it had been awhile. Had an order of the calamari today. Food tasted great as usual, but the portion was approximately half of what it used to be. Updated.... I stopped by the next day and mentioned my portion was really small and they compensated for the portion. I really appreciated their customer service, and will continue to spend my money there.“

“Food was hot and fresh. Friendly service. Shared with a gas station so it was smaller and more of a fast food vibe and not the typical sit down white spot experience. Bathroom was beyond gross.
